This beautiful new luxury holiday villa with covered lounge area (2025) is practically located in the Drents Friese Wold, next to a golf park and an open-air swimming pool is 200 m away. The woods are in walking distance. Around the house is a spacious green garden with terraces where you can enjoy the day/evening. In addition, there are a shed for bicycles etc. There is ample parking on the property. There are 3 toilets and 2 luxuriously furnished bathrooms. The box spring beds are 220. Energy neutral
