We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. this railway was established in 1899 and abolished in 1945. This railway is now a beautiful hiking trail! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and private entrance for max. 6 pers. There is free parking, and a private terrace in complete privacy.

This detached studio is strategically located in the middle of ancient nature reserves such as the Reestdal and the Mantingerveld. The hiking and biking routes literally start at your doorstep! Enjoy the garden, the luxurious bathroom, the BBQ and the large comfortable bed. Take a nap in the hammock, roll out a yoga mat, or go to the nearby sauna. Take a break back in this unique, soothing place to stay at the brand new summer home. The cottage was delivered in 2023 and has everything you need. Wonderful bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WIFI, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and no less than 3 bedrooms. It is 1 of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet spot.
