Large sheltered garden, with spacious terrace at the chalet. Elevated plateau in the forest, overlooking nature. There are many cycling, hiking and MTB routes in the area.

The chalet has a spacious garden (500 m2!) and offers privacy. You can enjoy the sun or shade at any time of the day. Relax in the hammock among the trees or plop down in one of the lounge chairs.

Three national parks within a 10-30 min drive and lots of options to go on a walk or a run right outside the camp ground. The booking is excl. a park fee of € 3,50 p.p.p.n., to be paid at the reception of the camp site upon arrival.

You are warmly welcome in log cabin de Merel on our cozy little Estate Camping near Dwingelderveld National Park and Weerribben-Wieden. The campsite, with 8-10 places, is located at the rear of the monumental manor farm. In the former haystack, there is a unique can museum and country restaurant in the summer months. The beds are made up upon arrival, and towels and kitchen towels are provided. In consultation, we will bring clean towels and kitchen towels.
