The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been retained. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, with additional costs, you can relax and unwind.

Life rhythm simple living close to nature!

The life rhythm in the cottage is basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly created food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There's a wood stove.

Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not on a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018 it has been completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own terrain of 1100m2! From the cottage you walk into the forest in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment(45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker and kettle. Via the landing you enter your own bathroom with washbasins, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons there is a second living/sleeping space available in the apartment (25 m2 extra) Pets allowed only after consultation.

Beautiful holiday home with large bedroom and kitchen with cooking facilities and extractor hood. Furthermore, it has a refrigerator with freezer and oven/microwave. The attractive living room with country style has a 2 x 2 seater sofa and dining table for 4 people. The living room has a wood stove that can be used (wooden bags available for €6.00 p/st). The house is of course equipped with internet and TV. There is a lockable bicycle shed with power connection ( charging e-Bike)

In a unique location near the center of Emmen is apartment "De Uil". The luxury apartment is fully equipped, it is spacious and bright. You have a private shed for your bikes. Since April 2024, we have a large balcony with which you have beautiful views over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. In the brink village of Ruinen, you will find this tastefully converted field barn. The barn house is located at the back of a plot of 1400 m2 and offers plenty of privacy. The guesthouse is located at a stone's throw from the brink and Dwingelderveld National Park. The interior has been carefully curated on the basis of comfort and atmosphere. Our lovely house is an old renovated farm, with all the comfort of today. The holidayhome de Drentse Hooglander has its own entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with tv( netflix), a private garden and terrace. Next to our house from 1904 on the outskirts of Gasselte is the fully furnished guest house that is completely at your disposal. You can enjoy the tranquility of Drenthe in various nature reserves, but you are also close to the tourist villages Borger and Gieten, with restaurants and shops, and activities such as golf and swimming. The price includes bed linen, made beds, towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning!! (no breakfast!)
