The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Cozy 2-room self-contained apartment (40 sqm), first floor, in a quiet residential area. Downtown Stralsund is only 8 km away. Other attractive destinations such as Rügen, Usedom and Darss are suitable for day trips. A travel crib is available for a toddler up to about 3 years of age. An older child can sleep in the living room (sofa bed). Vacation with dog by prior arrangement. A key box is available for flexible check-in. I am also happy to welcome my guests in person.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The 30 sqm newly renovated apartment has a double bed with closet and secretary, a sofa, TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with small table. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet/shower. It is perfect for a quiet holiday. The beach is about 30 minutes by car. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults or for 1 adult with 1 child. The house has a well-kept outdoor area, where the barbecue can also be turned on.
