Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The entire 2nd floor of the house, private garden with terrace outside the red outhouse. The location is one of the sunniest in eastern Norway, with sunshine until around 10 pm in the summer. You walk to the jetty in 2 minutes. Long ground for small and jumping from the bathing jetty for the big ones. Several beaches within walking distance. Play lawn bowls, badminton, boccia or croquet, or enjoy the sun and a barbecue in the garden. Picking currants, redcurrants, rhubarb and Morello cherries, and watching butterflies. Idyllic little "south country house", sheltered outdoor area and wide view to the river from the living room/outdoor area. Unique location. high/river bank in old Hokksund. (salmon fishing; the house at the top of the fly zone, blue zone, by birch w/direct access to river from house). Walking distance to downtown Hokksund. 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60 and 1.40). Very quiet/charming neighborhood. Parking on the plot. Bed linen/towels must be brought, cleaning must be done by the tenant. Dog/cat allowed, and there are two cats living outside, allergy sufferers must be aware of this.

Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and cycling right nearby. Rural location with 500 meters to bus stop and about 5 km to train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting out the place, I live there. Some rooms and cabinets will therefore not be available.

A five minute walk from the house you can get public transportation bringing you downtown Asker in ten min. Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.

The house is 94 sq.m. and contains two large bedrooms, a small bathroom, a large and spacious entrance, a new kitchen and a large living room with two large sofas that can be used as beds. Everything was renovated in 2017. There is a patio with evening sun that belongs to the house, and parking outside. Right by the beach, forest, mountains, and town. Whether you want to travel, climb, kite, or just relax. Heating is provided by a heat pump, a wood-burning stove, and panel heaters.
