Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Drachselsried

Fantastically beautifully decorated old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to occupy yourself (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, etc.). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Six of you could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg welcomed us warmly and showed us everything we needed to know, but it is also possible to check in flexibly via a key safe. We would absolutely recommend the place!

Marco was very easily accessible and helpful: I had to arrive spontaneously by train, so I was without a car. There was no shop in the village itself; Marco lent me a bike so that I could still shop in Hohenau in the evening. I also found that for one night my husband and son could come, I found very nice. As a starting point for hikes - even without car ideal. And the log cabin is surprisingly spacious, even the three of us have enough space.

For those who, like us (2 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs), are looking for peace and a beautiful landscape with forest and meadows, Lucie's cozy house is ideal. It is simple and functional, and we immediately felt very comfortable. With the dogs, we were quickly in the forest, and the pretty garden is conveniently fully fenced. Lucie is a very friendly hostess - thank you also for the fine chocolate! -, was always quickly reachable and very helpful. Thank you very much, Lucie! We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back!

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and nothing was missing. But there's something to consider for tall people. Duck by the doors :-). It is an old farmhouse and in the past the people were smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already addressed and nothing else, it can only have been good:-)

We had a great week in the apartment and felt completely comfortable! The apartment is surprisingly spacious – it looks even bigger in real life than in the pictures – and also the garden is really big, which was great for playing football together, for example. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, which we had a lot of fun. From the house you can start directly to hikes, but we also took a trip to the small Arbersee and took a beautiful tour there. In general, it is helpful to arrive by car because it makes it simply more flexible in terms of activities. The communication with the landlords was consistently great – friendly, straightforward and fast. Overall we had a really nice time and can only recommend the place!

We had a very nice stay with our two small children in this idyllic holiday home with a beautiful garden. We found everything we needed and above all enjoyed the quiet environment right next to the forest. The play options for the children were great. The hosts were very warm, always available and had great tips for the area. Above all, check-in and check-out were super uncomplicated. A real authentic gem in the middle of nature.

The apartment was the perfect base for our hikes, we had great game evenings in the cozy sitting area.

We had a wonderful week in Neureichenau with our dog. The house was quietly located on the edge of the village with a beautiful view. The dog enjoyed the toys that were ready for him and the garden where we could play with him. We have come to rest wonderfully and have had beautiful walks. As an extra gift, we regularly saw a pair of birds of prey transfer their prey in the tree opposite us! The house is highly recommended for a next visit.

Very nice and flexible hosts, we made our stopover there on the way to and from Austria and were received in a very friendly manner. Incredibly fast response time, there was an immediate answer to every question. The apartment itself is even nicer than in the photos, large, great layout and superbly equipped. In short: a dream! Thanks for everything!

The stay with Maria left nothing to be desired. We were able to store our things in the apartment before the specified check-in time and thus enjoy the day extensively. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, everything you need was there and much more - cutlery & dishes for 8 people, coffee filters, sugar, spices, dishwashing detergent, dish towels, Zewa, baking paper, cling film & aluminum foil, lunch boxes for on the go and and and... Really great 👍🏼 Special emphasis is placed on family-friendliness. Whether the toys in the garden (during our stay, the new great swing was just being set up) or the toys in the living room for children of all ages. Our two girls thought it was great 😊 The apartment is really very large and beautiful. Thank you for a great stay, we will be happy to come back! That's a full 6 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place, very calm!

The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. High praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is as extinct! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place alive. There is no cafe, no ice cream parlor... that was very unfortunate. We always had to go to other places for this.

Great accommodation. Very large and very cozy . Rudy and Maria are also very friendly and the contact went very well. Everything has been thought of, even nice coffee. We definitely recommend it

Michaela‘s place was just perfect in every sense. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful well kept apartment with everything you need during the stay. Communication with Michaela was clear, friendly and always responsive. We would gladly visit again.

We had a wonderful week at Sabine's in Brennberg. The apartment has a nice wood stove, so even if it is a bit chilly in the evening, the wood fire can burn cozily. It is very quiet, so you only hear birds and other animals. If you want to visit the hustle and bustle, Regenburg is nearby. There are also various other activities in the area. The Walhalla near Regensburg, Nepal Himalaya pavilion with botanical garden, hiking in the area. And for shoppers, the Cambio and Mac outlet is a 10-minute drive away. Furthermore, Sabine is very helpful in giving tips on what to do in the area. And if you don't want anything, you can chill in the apartment or by the natural swimming pool.

We had a lovely stay at this chalet! Beautifully located, though not quite as lonely as the pictures suggest. Very friendly and straightforward contact with hosts. Good amenities and general condition. Glad to come back!

The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but that suited us. located 15 minutes from the obri hrac hike, which offers a friendly view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth a visit. responsive hosts, but inquire in advance about the possibilities of activities in the area. Washing machine in common with the other listing.

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. Very clear recommendation 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We were so happy with everything. The place is beautiful, clean, cozy and mega big. The area is super quiet, you can relax there very well. We had everything you could need in a place. Katrin is super sweet and immediately helped if you wanted to know something or needed something. You immediately feel comfortable in this accommodation and we were really sad when we had to leave again. We will certainly come back.

We had the most wonderful time at Vaseks' house. It felt like a little oasis with everything you could need and want. The garden is huge, the view is beautiful and there is everything and more to not worry about anything and take a little break from life. Everything was very clean and there was a lot of room to put our things, like bathroom closets, empty fridge, etc. We didn‘t bring any kids, but it is a kids paradise: a trampoline, games and toys, swings, and so much more, they will not get bored. Communication with Vasek was very easy (not too much, not too little). He gave great recommendations on what to do in the area (walks, hikes , swimming in the river, old castles and shops in town) and helped when we needed it. The atmosphere of the house felt more like staying with family or friends (without actually seeing them) than an airbnb. Highly recommended to anyone!
