Composed of a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed, a living room/equipped kitchen and a very small bathroom with shower and toilet (no sink) This accommodation, 8 minutes' walk from the train station, is close to the city center, tram lines, shops, and the Estacade market. It is accessed by a steep staircase of about fifteen steps.

A new 140 bed sleeps 2, and a sofa bed sleeps a 3rd person comfortably.
