Beautiful new hi-rise directly across the street from Twins ballpark. Very much a high end rental - gym was fantastic with sauna and towel service. The views from the building were amazing. Walk to Twins ballpark, Target Center, Toms sports bar, Graze. Light rail line stops across the street. Best breakfast and coffee shop next door. The staff at Sonder/North Loop Green very attentive and willing to help with whatever your needs may be. LOVED IT!!!!!

A wonderful weekend! Michael provided check-in and check-out instructions well in advance of my stay, the place was cute, clean, and perfectly placed about a mile from the conference venue. Great value, less than a block from a variety of restaurants, bookstores, shopping... couldn't have asked for better!

This apartment is just as described. Super clean, comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Neighborhood is centrally located, has nearby restaurants and is walkable. Great place to stay while I was visiting family.

This is our second stay here and it was just as pleasant as the first ☺️ ! Abby and David are ALWAYS so nice and welcoming. We love that this place is always kept clean and there is a private entry way so we dont feel bothersome when we are coming and going. We will always pick this place when come back to visit MN!

We rented at this location to be near family members we were visiting. There were numerous coffee shops, restaurants and several grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment was clean and had adequate supplies for the shower and in the kitchen Overall, a pleasant stay!

Had such a great stay, felt at home instantly with Steven’s hospitality and eagerness to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Such a cozy spot and can’t wait for my next stay when I’m in the area❤️

walkable spot close to lots of great pubs, diners, breweries. I enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio each morning and having a couch and TV to unwind with at night.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. The beds were cozy, and the location was super convenient, right in downtown Minneapolis with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, Nicollet Mall, and more. The host was friendly and communicative throughout.

Peaceful and quiet. Offered a basketball court and gym and pool in the building which i utilized Enjoyed my stay Definitely recommend again

I wish I could live like this ALL the time! Also, fun bonus: the apartment building is dog-themed, and so there's lots of four-legged friends to meet. I happen to be a life-long local, and this unit is in one of my favorite parts of town. Tl;dr: 10/10 - no notes.

Comfortable and quiet. Well-furnished, with everything you'd need to stay inside and cook, watch TV, or read. Nice on-site parking and close to a bus line. Proactive and competent host. Highly recommend!

I had a fairly last min reservation and Chris was very proactive and attentive. The floors are a bit creaky but that’s no big deal! I was able to get around to the downtown easily and affordably (good public transport in the area). While we waited for our uber to go, Chris offered his porch. Overall a short but lovely stay.

My family and I selected Aaron and Colleen as hosts based on their five-star rating and safe location. However, we received more than what was expected. The first day, we were met with a personalized note, chocolates, and drinks in the fridge, including homemade cold brew! Such a thoughtful touch made us feel right at home. We were busy with family activities in the city, so we didn’t use the Peloton, hot tub, or sauna as expected. Still, returning to immaculate, extremely comfortable, stylish accommodation was lovely. The mattress was perfect! We also enjoyed listening to various records on the record player while playing cards and board games; it felt nostalgic. We enjoyed our stay, to say the least, and hope to revisit our experience at some future time.

My husband and I came here for a wedding and it was the most perfect stay! The location was walkable, safe, and near some great restaurants! We felt right at home staying here and we’d love to stay here again for any event! Very comfortable and clean space, safe surroundings, and great amenities!! My husband took advantage of the gym and said it was a really great space. Bowen is an amazing host and we’d love to stay here again!! Thank you so much for hosting us!

They were responsive and provided helpful, timely information. They were also flexible with my check in and check out times. The apartment was clean and as described. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

We’ve stayed here many times. The quality is always consistently excellent. It feels like “home away from home.” A special shout out to Lorna who is always so helpful and available. We love coming back to Shoreview.

This was a wonderfully charming Airbnb that was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully preserved vintage details! My fiancé and I rented for a week to be our home base during our wedding week (my hometown, currently out-of-state). JJ was super responsive, proactively gave clear instructions, and was super kind to leave us ample snacks (got in late) and celebrated our upcoming nuptials with a bottle of champagne, slippers, and an adorable oven mitt, spatula, and cookbook. Definitely above and beyond!!! The location felt safe with easy access to highways and it was walkable to a great coffee shop and within 10 minutes from our rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. Great value and would recommend and stay again!!! The only minor thing to note is that although the upstairs tenant was very quiet, I was woken up a few mornings by (a dog?) running around upstairs excitedly. The dog was well-behaved/quiet but because the house is older I did hear its weight shifting the floorboards around.

The place has fantastic with modern apartment look and furniture. Top floor hottub and pool was especially impressive being so high up the building. Justin was very responsive to any inquiries and checked in multiple times asking if we needed anything. Would highly recommend

Robin is an excellent host. Her level of communication was in the "Goldilocks Zone" - Not too little, not too much... exactly right. It's clear that she cares about her facility and her guests. The space itself is very comfortable, and just one block from the light rail Green Line. The area is surrounded by a wide range of excellent ethnic restaurants. I would absolutely consider staying here again.
