Location, Location, Location! 10 minute walk to UPS. 5 minute walk to Red Hot. 3.2 miles to Ruston Way water front. 1.7 miles to Wright Park, in the Stadium District. 5 miles to Tacomas beautiful Point Defiance Park. 7 Miles to Chambers Bay. 10 miles to Gig Harbor, just a short 10 minute drive over the Narrows Bridge! Mt. Rainier, National Park 76 miles, one of the prettiest 2 hour drives in our State. Seattle 35 miles. 2 hours to Olympic National Park! 2 hours to the Ocean. GREAT!

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

Our favorite item is the 1950s Wurlitzer jukebox loaded with old classics. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom. Enjoy the workspace, full kitchen, and outdoor picnic and bbq areas. You should have everything you need!
