House holiday rentals in Downtown, St. John's

Gordon was very helpful example we needed an iron as it was a business trip and he went out on short notice and purchased one for us. The house and property are beautiful. We had a perfect stay there and highly recommend.

Adam was such a great host who went above and beyond for me and my daughter who had a birthday celebration at his awesome place. He wasn’t completely ready to host but wanted her to have a great birthday so they went above and beyond to make it work and to give her the best place to have her celebration. Adam’s place was amazing and in a great location as it was close to everything, even a beautiful park where there is so much to do from walking beautiful trails to swimming and a big playground. When coming into Adam’s place there was such beautiful furniture and paintings and an open kitchen where so much natural sunlight shines in. Downstairs was the den which had such a cool pool table and then the best part a sauna and a beautiful big pool that at one part was 9 feet deep!! Everything was there to your fingertips and if you needed Adam he was just a phone or txt away to answer any questions. We had the best time and I’m so glad we lucked in to getting this beautiful home.

This was always my go-to-place for our girls’ weekends. We have been here 3 times since we noticed it on air bnb and there’s not many that will compare. The hosts are so kind and treated us like family! We would come back again and again, but sadly this was our last trip to nana and skippers. We will miss them and their lovely corner of Newfoundland, and we will keep this place in our memories forever. Thank you for another wonderful stay, we enjoyed every moment! Carla Hooper & friends

The location close to MUN was convenient yet tucked out of the way enough to be fairly quiet. Brian met us at the house for check-in and was both friendly and helpful. The house is nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean. We would happily stay there again!

Very comfortable stay, had everything we needed and more!

My husband and I had a long-term stay at Karen's place while our own home was undergoing renovations. Karen and Shane were outstanding hosts. The location was wonderful. Their place was beautiful and we felt right at home. If we decide to have further renos in the future, we'll definitely stay there again.

A great place near downtown St. John’s! Walkable to a lot of great restaurants and shops, and only a short cab ride to QV brewery. Really enjoyed the the little grocery store across the street too. Katie’s place was clean and organized and was the perfect place for 3 couples to spend a long weekend exploring St. John’s!

Our stay at Helena’s place was spectacular! The home was very welcoming and we felt right at home. Our 10 year old didn’t want to leave. The large rec rooms were used daily due to the weather being poor. It was an awesome space to hang out! Helena also left an Easter basket that was enjoyed by all. Great communication with Helena. It was a wonderful stay. Will certainly return.

Tony’s place was a great walkable location for downtown, The Rooms, and waterfront. Place was spacious and as the photos, easy on street parking. Would highly recommend, and would stay again!

Absolutely stunning location and home. Peaceful, scenic and cozy! Lots of space, a beautiful kitchen and the work deck was so dreamy. Chad was supportive during the stay to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this stay!

Nice home in downtown St. John's, short walk to George St and Water St, and close to the Rooms. Lots of space with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Gail was very helpful and easy to contact with any needs, as well as good recommendations for activities.
