Townhouse holiday rentals in Downtown, St. John's

Derek and Ana have a great place in a great location. We had to extend our stay and were very accommodating. We look forward to staying there again the future

Great location for downtown St John’s, pretty much anything you’re looking for is within walking distance. Lovely heritage home that allowed our group to stay together one last day & night reminiscing about our East Coast Trail experiences.

Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed our time with friends and family at the house. Lots of room to hang out, and kitchen was pretty well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Patricia answered my questions quickly. Easy waking distance to restaurants and a beautiful park. Parking for two cars but lots of street parking close by also. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay at Patricia’s! The place was clean and very spacious + exactly as described. She was a great communicator and let us check in early when we arrived.

We thoroughly enjoyed Beth’s AirBNB. It was warm and inviting, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the backyard patio for morning coffee or after dinner drinks! Walking distance to many great places, this is a perfect place to stay while in St. John’s!

A great vacation starts with finding a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay. And, we found that and more with Jellybean Dream. Our host (Emilie) thought of everything we'd need, so we could enjoy our time in St. John's without a worry. It was all top notch quality from the towels and sheets to the kitchen supplies. We even had coffee/tea to enjoy when we arrived and a recipe to make apple pancakes. We definitely want to come back! Thank you Emilie!

Lovely stay! The level of communication from We Host was incredible: fast, friendly, and helpful. They did everything possible to make my stay very comfortable. I had a great stay at this Airbnb! Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The space was cozy and well taken care of, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed at Chris’ place near Quidi Vidi and it was an absolute perfect spot! It was a great quiet area with a local grocery store, little shops, and a restaurant right down the street. The accommodations were exactly as described and shown in the pictures and Chris was very responsive and was willing to provide information on tours, restaurants and other places to visit in the city. We didn’t take him up on that as we had a friend that toured us around but the offer was there. If we were ever back in St. John’s I would definitely stay again. Ubers to downtown were between $8 and $10 which was really reasonable. I would definitely recommend the location, it was perfect for 2 but could accommodate up to 4.

Morris was extremely accommodating to any requests we had. The house is absolutely gorgeous. the location is very convenient to shops (loved getting morning croissants at the Postmasters Bakery around the corner) and to hiking at Signal Hill. Easy walk to the Rooms museum and Bannerman Park. We loved our time there and will definitely be back!

Our stay was great. The house exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Host had everything you could need there. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Kelly was very quick to respond to us. We never spoke in person but by text was fast and friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and extremely clean place you should book kelly's place.

Bethany was a great host! She provided us with all the information we needed prior to our check in, and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We were there for a conference, and so everything we could have possibly needed was available: can opener, cheese grater, sheet pans, cutting boards, frying pans etc. There was nothing lacking! The house is beautiful and located on a quiet street – we kept saying we wish we didn't have to leave. Thank you, Bethany, for a great stay!

Great spot in St John’s, a very cute jelly bean house. Apartment is the second floor and loft. Lots of space for three people, though only one bathroom. Very clean and well kept. Quiet area right across from a beautiful park and a convenience store. Very close to downtown and the shops. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay for our family trip. The location is amazing, walkable to downtown st johns. The house is very cosy and we enjoyed our evenings in. The bedroom in the top floor was very spacious and it had all the required amenities. Communication with host is good, they were kind and flexible to allow us an early check in as our flight was earlier. Thank you and would def recommend!

Corey was quick to respond and had just about everything we needed! This space was so lovely to stay in and super close to a bunch of good food spots and shops. Would definitely recommend!

Hi Nyasha. Our stay was great, thank you! Here are some constructive comments to make your place even better. The door on the dishwasher needs to be fixed. It free falls instead of a controlled opening. The bedroom in the garage was a surprise. We didn’t use the bbq, but your instructions referred to putting on the cover for it. There wasn’t one. The tub and sink in the main bathroom upstairs need to be cleared out. They drained slowly. Paul

My stay with Erin was great! She is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. She made my start in St. Johns a lot easier with great tips and was very open. I immediately felt at home, the accommodation was very comfortable and in a perfect location. I would come back again and again!

Awesome find - very clean, and walkable to the downtown spots. Loved the basement setup, we hung out there every night after long days hiking around. Would definitely book again.
