Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Omaha

Another great MCWS stay at the Woolworth Lofts in one of Elizabeth, Stacie, and their team's units. The team was extremely responsive to a few early requests we had (more toiletries, sheets, remote control batteries, etc.), quickly fulfilling our requests. Great location for the short mile-ish walk to Charles Schwab Field. Great location near lots of restaurants, several new since our 2023 visit. Be aware this is in a convenient downtown Old Market neighborhood with the accompanying noise and some homelessness, but these are out of the team's control and will be encountered anywhere around the stadium. Our unit this year (2025) was an atrium facing unit which we found significantly quieter. We would definitely stay here again, and obviously did (2023 and 2025). Thanks for making our 2025 MCWS visit comfortable.

Location was a major plus. within walking distance to shops and restaurants in the old market. I won't hesitate to stay here again!

Clean and location perfect for AGM

Fantastic apartment in a great location in the Old Market. Easy access and parking a breeze. Be sure to check out Clio and The Table restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay when in Omaha. Located in a cool part of town with lots of restaurants and shops a short walk away. Place was nice, clean and easy to check in and out. Only downside was the noise in the evenings. We were woken up several times between 12-2 from the noise at the bar below. We had our young daughter with us otherwise probably wouldn’t have been a big deal. Still happy with our stay just some trouble sleeping. Something to consider if traveling with kids.

Absolutely loved staying here, felt very safe with the key fob access to both the entry and elevator. Perfect location to walk around the Old Market and a beautiful space to come back to every evening. We loved every aspect of our stay here!

Great location - easy to walk around and get everything you need

We had a great stay in the Old Market neighborhood. Extremely walkable, lot's of food options, and a great space. Would recommend. It is in an area with nightlife, but I travel with ear plugs, so no problem for me. If that bothers you, pick one of the atrium-facing options at their location.

Our stay at Elizabeth’s was awesome and the perfect location for all that we wanted to do! Very reasonable, clean and within walking distance to many great places. All the info we needed to check in and out was given clearly step by step and all our questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend!

The loft was very clean and cozy!! Perfect for a girls night with my daughter and granddaughters. Checking in and out was very simple. Would definitely recommend staying there!!

This was a great AirBnB in the heart of the Old Market district. Not only was the location convenient and within walking distance to several things to do and places to eat, the loft was nice to come back to after a long day. There were no issues with the instructions and found the parking information very helpful; we used the parking garage for peace of mind and it was < 5 minutes to park and walk. The only issue we had was the noise late into Saturday night - which is not unexpected but something we did not account for with an infant. It got very loud with the bar directly underneath the loft, as well as the several party busses and cars. However, we were only there for one night and found it was worth it.
