Condo holiday rentals in Downtown, Omaha

We had a wonderful stay! This was the perfect location for us to walk to a wedding nearby. There were many great restaurants that were walkable. We enjoyed Zen Coffee Company and the Spielbound Board Game Cafe. Fwamay communicated with us about check in and everything was great!

Clean and updated. Very comfortable. Close to downtown. Quaint and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location for conference events. The convention center was a 20min walk for me. Lots of things to do that are very close. Nice open concept floor plan. Will definitely book again if available as the conference I attended is usually every other year in Omaha. Also the hosts were excellent!

Really nice condo unit in a great location. Walkable to a lot of things in the old market area - restaurants, shopping, parks. It's a litte confusing to figure out getting there and getting in so you have to read the instructions carefully before you get there (they are very detailed!) but once you do it is very easy! The place is very nice and has everything you need. We stayed with our kids from 12 to 26 and there was something for everyone to do. Some reviews complained about noise. It is definitely city living. You can hear music, traffic, people on the street etc. but we did not find that it was something that prevented us from sleeping or enjoying our time there. Kristen is very helpful and responsive to any questions you have. The condo is well stocked with things you need and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay there again.

This place was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was very convenient to everything downtown, was clean and easy to get in and out of, and was the perfect amount of space for my husband and me. If we are back in Omaha we would definitely stay there again!

Dawn’s place was perfect for what we needed. Great location and had everything we needed. The great patio was a huge plus. Dawn was very communicative and answered any question we had. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying here! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood was amazing. Off street parking was as described, but a little tight for our vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.

The once glamorous building has lost a little luster, but it’s a wonderful place! Very comfortable and it was a thrill to see the lobby and other aspects of the past. The view of the park is spectacular and if you’re lucky you might have a concert. Host was exceptional! Thank you

We had a great stay. The condo was very close to almost everything we wanted to do - under 10 minutes. The added amenities like the fans and additional throw blankets added to the comforts of home. The host was very responsive to every question we had.

I had a great experience at Gilles property. It was clean, spacious, & well within walking distance of a variety of things. Gilles was also very nice and communicative. Definitely give this property a try when you’re in the area

The place was very clean and beautiful. We loved the area and that we could get to nice restaurants at walking distance. Trish was very nice and available, we would definitely stay again.

Kristen’s loft was fun, funky and had a lot of character. We could hear some outside noise given the busy nightlife location, mostly from Voodoo taco below. On nights the bar closed earlier it was much quieter. We could also hear people in the hall and upstairs, not unusual for an apartment in the area. We enjoyed being able to walk the Old Market area and having a dedicated parking spot was fantastic! Overall a great experience.
