Excellent accommodations in a beautiful neighborhood! The host has exceptional, communication, preparation, and a streamline check-in process. They have thought of everything! Charming house with a lot of history, plus the benefits of modern amenities. Very pleased, would definitely stay here again and again.

Robb was such an amazing host. From the start, communication was super easy, and he made sure I had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay. His place was spotless, exactly like the pictures, even better in person, and fully stocked with anything you might need. It was also really easy to find and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and lots of places to explore. You can tell Robb really cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Grand Rapids. I’ll definitely be back, thanks again, Robb!

Amazing space. Very easy to find and the location is within walking distance of everything downtown Grand Rapids has to offer. We’re definitely looking forward to booking this space again in the future!

I have stayed at this location a few times. Dirk knows what you will need to access the condo and sends clear instructions ahead of time. The condo is always clean and ready for use when I arrive. It is quiet and peaceful in the condo, yet right in the middle of all of the things that you want to do downtown. I will continue to stay at this location when I need to stay downtown Grand Rapids.
