Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Edmonton

We have stayed at this Air B & B before, and we're pleased with the place. So we booked again. Clean , Comfortable, had all necessary items we needed. Full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Ashley is always very helpful. Location is close to markets and easy to access downtown

Had a wonderful stay! Before check in, Chad and his team made sure to communicate with us and send us clear information about how to check in, which made the process super smooth. The place was exactly as described, and exceeded our expectations. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and it was overall a very positive experience. Would stay here again in the future instead of a hotel.

We had a great time and wanted to stay longer. The hot tub was an obvious hit! Loved the peace and quiet with lush surrounding greenery…yet close enough to WEM and walkable places we’d have needed. The place was clean and had endless cabinets/shelving to put away our belongings. Shawn was particularly responsive and kindly accommodated an extra request.

Had an awesome 3 night stay. Had planned on taking the LRT to the Expo Centre to watch my daughter play volleyball, but found the 1/2 hr walk was a welcome relief from the chaos of the national tournament. It makes a difference the suite is on top of a garage instead of a being a basement suite...much brighter and nice not to listen to footsteps overhead. The suite has everything you need with a great use of space. Met the cleaner who is wonderful and does a great job keeping things spotless. It was nice to be in a more residential area away from the buzz of the busy streets. Would definitely recommend!

Marie-Audrey's place is beautiful. Her unit was clean and very well-furnished. We especially loved her TV and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and peaceful. We had lovely walks. Marie-Audrey also gave us great local recommendations, and she was very friendly and approachable! Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would be happy to book her place again and recommend it to others!

Had a great stay! Hosts were helpful and responsive and the apartment was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need, had a nice bathroom and comfy bed. The in-suite laundry was a bonus! We came for an event at the U of A campus, so the location was convenient and easily walkable. The neighbourhood is nice, quiet, and has a small centre with a playground, a few cafes, a bakery, and gift shop. There is also a small market and a few restaurants nearby. If we come again, we will rebook here for sure. Would definitely recommend!

Our family came to Edmonton to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Janice's home was so perfect for our weekend of celebrations including a gathering of some of the graduates and their families. Janice was incredibly gracious in accommodating our request to host this gathering. A kind and welcoming rental owner whose space felt just like home. Thank you Janice for making our daughter's graduation weekend so memorable.

we had a fabulous stay, the apartment was amazing and loved the little touches left like the bows on the linen, roses on the toilet paper and beautiful smelling towels. Apartment was super spacious and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the city centre shopping mall. As well as a great stocked market for all your grocery needs. Would happily stay here again

Enjoyed my stay of 4 evenings. Quiet, clean and comfortable place. Accurate photos. Close to the subway and easy to commute down town. John was friendly, responsive and helpful. Seems to really want to enhance guests stay. Would stay again it if I needed accommodations in Edmonton again!

Was visiting for a day for work. The place was walkable from Downtown. It was easy to access and very clean and organized. I recommend!

I stayed here for a week in June and completely enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and exactly as described. The host was very helpful and proactive with their communication. The building is in downtown Edmonton so do your own research to determine if this is the right location for you.

Had an amazing stay! Super close to whyte ave literally a 2 minute walk! Location was great, it was clean, we were able to log into our netflix:) Was greeted at the door and shown around. Very friendly! Definitely the perfect place if you’re thinking of shopping or checking out some cool restaurants.

Great space! Two levels. Super comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and cozy! Lots of free parking.

I had a great stay at Brad and Rose’s place! It is well-located, well-equipped, spacious, and very clean, with a comfortable living room that makes you feel right at home. The AC was a lifesaver during the hotter days. In terms of location, it’s right across from a grocery store and drugstore, and is a few minutes away from some decent restaurants. It’s a 15 minute walk to the university hospital as well. Brad and Rose were very responsive and helpful hosts, and also gave very clear instructions on checking in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially for longer term stays.

We loved our stay at Chris' place. It was clean, comfortable, fully equipped and served us very well with our family of 4. Chris is very responsive and helpful. The only down side is the location which is close to a shelter. There are many homeless people about and there is drug activity seen from the balcony in the adjacent parking lot. Once inside the condo with doors and windows shut it feels very safe and secure. But, I would not go out walking by myself without my husband and certainly not after dark. Despite that, the location is excellent if you are going to the Rogers Place which is within sight and less than a 5 minute walk. It is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (including coffee/tea/spices and many appliances) as well as the many TVs (one in each bedroom and the living room) as well as 2 bathrooms (one off the master) as well as laundry. It made for a very pleasant stay.

Rodney is a great host. He helped us find local restaurants, assisted us in terms of parking, and is always responsive. The location was in downtown at a very reasonable price. Lots to do. We will definitely come back next year when we visit Edmonton.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was fully equipped with nessesary amenities and its location was peaceful, and acessible. Although the elevator wait was pretty long and would require some patience, that didn't take any thing away from my enjoyable stay here. So, thumbs up Charile! If you are visiting Edmonton and have no idea where to stay, I would highly recommend this place.

Greg, is a very accommodating host and pro-active communicator. It was extremely easy to check in and the accommodation was perfect for our requirements. The unit is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay.
