Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Edmonton

We've had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb twice now, and each visit has been fantastic! The host is incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ensuring we have everything we need for a comfortable stay. The place is spotless, cozy, and located in a great neighborhood with easy access to nearby attractions. The thoughtful touches, like the well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds, made us feel right at home. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Don‘s place was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and very cozy. The bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep. The location is great and the neighbourhood is lovely. We would stay again.

It was super cozy and so cleverly designed, I actually snapped photos to store ideas for my own home. A small wifi glitch when I first got there, but resolved within minutes -just needed to restart the router, it happens! Otherwise absolutely no internet issues. The space contributed significantly to the peaceful break I was looking for. Will definately go back. Thanks Dana!

Lovely host and beautiful home! On the doorstep to U of A, within walking distance of lovely restaurants, markets, University museums, grocery store, shopping, and walking / hiking trails. Seyed was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this wonderful AirBnB to anyone!

Was in town for a week with my son Cameron’s place was very central to all sorts of great restaurants and shopping. St Albert’s is a great spot in Edmonton. Cameron was very available we didn’t really have to ask him about anything. I think the only thing that would have made it better is if the tv was larger other than that all around great vacation.

Kasia was quick to respond to messages and made check-in quite easy. We stayed for a couple months and had no issues during the duration of our stay.

We knew the place had just been cleaned because the floors were still wet when we arrived. Everything was very clean and a lot of attention to detail.

very clean. very responsive host. flexible for early check in was very much appreciated. would be nice if we didn’t have to book the sauna and hot tub and if they would be open a bit later than 9pm. bed was a bit small but still comfy. excellent water pressure in shower. really liked that some things were provided like shampoo and conditioner. really convenient to have quick laundry cycle options. overall a wonderful stay.

Oksana is a great host very responsive. The house is really cozy. She allowed us to check in early and the neighborhood seems quiet. the only downside is the bathroom upstairs doesn't have a lock so we have to think of a way to let each other know when someone is using it.

Very comfortable stay! The beds were a great place to rest our heads after a long day. The playpen and highchair were very useful for our baby. I would recommend staying here. Especially with little children.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the attention to detail, lovely decor, especially all the live plants! Would love to stay there again.

Probably one of the best options in Edmonton. Everything was super clean and organized. The time limit placed on the hot tub was unfortunate cause the backyard is beautiful at night and using the hot tub then would have been a great experience. The hosts were great. They are really responsive and the couple of things we needed were answered pretty fast and painlessly. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the city!

The house is really easy to find and its super nice and clean. Everything is provided which is nice and Alex is a great host easy to communicate definitely will be coming back and renting the house again in the future. Thank you.

I recently spent 4 nights visiting family and chose Katie’s property because it’s conveniently located in the same neighborhood. The home was clean, well-stocked with everything you need, and had A/C—which was perfect for the summer! I especially enjoyed the patio, which was a great spot for morning coffee. The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and great for walks, with nearby trails just steps away. Access to the highway was easy, and having a garage to park in when street parking wasn’t available was a huge bonus. I’ll definitely be staying here again every time I come to visit family!

Our stay was lovely and the place was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and the sun on the deck was enjoyable. the location was good and we took in the VIP Cineplex. I would recommend this stay remembering that it is on the south side of the city.

We stayed at Sandra's Air BnB for 12 nights, highly recommend it and would most happily stay there again. The condo was as described, comfortable, homely, clean, well kitted and felt safe. The location was very conducive, with easy access to all areas of Edmonton, and the parking was a great help. The check in and check out processes were simple and hassle free. Sandra and her team were great hosts, most accommodating and responded promptly to all communication.

It was a perfect space for me and my pup! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed and more! Plus there is a great dog area in this complex and there were so many shops, restaurants and grocery stores close by. I will definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris' place. I'd just worked a very long shift and wanted somewhere clean, quiet and spacious to lay my head. Location was just want I needed. The place was very clean, air conditioner available for use, and also quiet. I woke up each morning to the sound of birds chirping outside. Zero complaints. Chris was very friendly and provided easy to follow instructions regarding parking and access to the condo. Replies were prompt and informative. Would definitely recommend this location and I'll certainly be booking a future stay.
