Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Detroit

We had a good stay and the location was perfect for our home base. The beds were quite comfy, which is always nice since you never know what kind of mattress you'll be sleeping on until you have to sleep on it. The hosts were very nice, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The Airbnb was super cute with tons of space. We did have an issue with hot water while we were there, but Rachel was quick to respond and help resolve it. One thing of note is that the walls are crazy thin and you can hear almost everything on either side, as people were staying in those adjacent apartments. Thankfully, everyone was respectful and quiet at night. With that said, definitely bring an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise and light while you sleep. The bedrooms face 9 mile and it's a busy downtown where people are out and about late due to being a popular night life area. The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants.

This place was perfectly located with lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. The Riverwalk and casino were both situated in the same area. Well worth taking a trip to Canada 🇨🇦. Highly recommended 🤗

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was at a great location to easily walk to local restaurants and shops. The interior decorating looked just like the pictures - very fancy and well done. It was a great place to relax after a full day of activities.

Evan's house is spectacular. Beautiful older structure but modern and comfortable inside. The house is in a lovely, tree-lined neighbourhood only a short walk away from a very pretty park. It's very peaceful there yet really convenient to major roads to get downtown and to sites, and to shopping. And for us Canadians, really close and easy to get to from the Ambassador Bridge. A lovely welcome upon our arrival, wishing us a good stay, an explanation on how the door works - even providing four keys so one for each of us! - and the kind offer of any help if needed as they live close. A terrific stay - will definitely come back here when we return across the border. Thank you!

The home was clean and comfortable for us, our dog, and our kiddo. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful. This is our second stay and we look forward to another.

Ishin’s home was beautiful and spacious. Would definitely book again! I had a slight issue with the oven and Ishin was very responsive and the issue was solved in no time! The area was quiet and peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. This home has everything you need and more! 10/10 would recommend!

Really nice spot. Walking down to the Eastern Market on Saturday morning and being able to make breakfast right in the kitchen was amazing. Really great views of the whole city and a beautiful apartment with access to a huge terrace.

We had a wonderful stay for the Detroit Grand Prix. House had lots of supplies and was very well looked after. Check in was very easy as well. Some Nice restaurants very close as well

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

Loved staying here! The amazing artwork and exposed brick made the place feel extra special! Cozy bedroom, definitely one of my favorite stays! Hosts were very friendly and accommodating!
