Built by Cranbrook students for their thesis in micro-housing and revived by us in 2016! We have hosted over 500 guests ranging from a full boyscout troup to the broadway cast of The Book of Mormon to the parents of kids who play basketball at the highscool nearby. Hot tub for $165 Local wine in the minibar and Moped rentals also :)

Welcome to the SHAW house! Our renovated 100 yr. old house in Detroit has 3 Full Queen BR and 1.5 WC, (3) Smart TVs & 2 queen air mattresses. All rooms have air conditioning. Awesome for 5-10 friends on a peaceful night. Our new kitchen is perfect for cooking and our great yard w/ fire pit is perfect for relaxing outside. We have received 5 stars from previous guests and we can’t wait to host you! Safe street in a developing neighborhood/outside Historic Boston/Edison. 13 min from downtown.
