Shared kitchen, laundry and 2 shared bathrooms are 20 feet away in the main house. No A/C, but there are fans and a high ceiling. Even though this is a farm with ducks, chickens and dogs running around, we are walking distance to restaurants in Corktown and under a mile to downtown concert venues and arenas.

The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.
