Holiday rentals with a sauna in Downtown Denver

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment. It is also very comfortable. The bed was great. I spent a fair amount of the day working at the dinning room table and enjoying the city view. The apartment is also walking distance to a bunch of excellent restaurants. I enjoyed my stay. James (the host) was super responsive and helpful. The check-in and check out process was very easy.

Clean, well designed, communicative, let us check in early. Loved using the sauna. I didnt realize it was a basement apartment. That could have been more clear. However, it made it cozy. we didnt mind once we were in it. I would stay again.

Loved staying at Dawn’s downtown Denver condominium. It was perfectly appointed, clean, and spacious. Location was very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Dawn was very communicative and very proactive. Would definitely stay again!

David was very responsive. He informed me that the AC was not working and that the unit needed to be replaced. He took the 2 hour trip from Vail to meet with the AC technician. He even gave me some consideration for the lack of AC which I thought was very fair. Aside from the AC problem, the place is easily accessible from Union Station. It is close to Coors field and near a number of good restaurants. I'd stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, new, well appointed and well stocked. Stefan and Bethany were super helpful, quick to respond and accommodating They had a wonderful book of suggestions for everything. The location was perfect for show at Red Rocks, hiking, Coors tour, and is walking distance to downtown Golden for shops and restaurants. Grocery store walking distance as well. Was a wonderful stay, would love to stay again!

Beautiful accomodations in quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for us to get to the concert at Red Rocks. Loved all the houseplants! Will definitely stay again.

Great location on Larimer Street. Close to downtown amenities and 1 mile to cool warehouse district. Very possible to walk here from Union Station. Running and walking trails easy to access. Lobby attendants very friendly. Shower and bathroom just as described. Place was exceptionally clean and neat.

Stayed for a couple nights in downtown, this was a perfect base to stay at. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly, and parking was convenient. Its location on Larimer gives easy access to all things downtown Denver.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our host was excellent, providing timely and responsive communication both before and during our trip. They were also very accommodating when we brought up two small issues, and everything was resolved the same day. The kids especially enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage—it was a big hit! We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for visiting Red rocks and Rocky Mountains! Host was always ahead with giving us directions in getting in and what to do before leaving. Would definitely visit again!

This is exactly as described. Hot tub, sauna, great kitchen, comfy king-size bed, en suite plus guest bathroom, private, and lots of room. Our dog loved the fenced-in back yard (big enough to play fetch). It's right across the street from a park, and close to Olde Town. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host was extremely responsive, but there was little we needed to ask about. We really enjoyed our stay.

we stayed for a week for vacation & our stay here was a highlight. we felt right at home. we were able to use the fire pit & sauna & it was a wonderful bonus to our stay. we used the kitchen every day & had breakfast & dinner at the outside table where we got to watch the chickens & occasionally had a visit from the resident cat Fifi. there's a view of the mountains from the backyard that we enjoyed watching the sunset. it was a great home base for us to go out to dinner or the farmers market in Denver, or visit Rocky Mtn National Park, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, & other sights. plenty of space & cozy touches that made us feel right at home. we are sensitive to strong smells, so the Meyers soaps & unscented laundry detergent were unexpected bonuses. close to the airport so it was convenient as well! any time we needed anything, Savannah was super responsive. we interacted with both hosts during our stay & we had lovely conversations & always felt welcome. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and it was very clean and cozy. I loved the decor, it felt very relaxing and calming. It was nice to be able to park in the garage as well. Would stay here again if I am in the area.
