great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah’s property during a multi-day visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was an absolute oasis after long days of hiking! Hannah was super proactive about check-in assistance, orientation with the amenities, and follow-up to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very cozy, super clean, and provided everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. My favorite part was the record player and extensive collection of old records in the living room :) I spent some time sitting on the back porch, and even used the desk nook in the laundry room for some computer work. This place would make for an amazing remote work stay, especially with the detached office out-building in the tranquil back yard. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking to explore the Estes Park/Boulder area!! Top-notch hosting :)

From even before we arrived Michael was responsive and helpful, which made us feel so very welcome and at home as soon as we arrived. Any problem we had, no matter how small, was responded to immediately and with a perfect solution. The home itself was comfortable with plenty of towels, hangers and places to sit! The kitchen was well equipped and easy to prepare meals in. The location was a new one for us and there was a pleasant trail and easy walk (~20 minutes) to many interesting coffee places. We appreciate Michael for making our stay so comfortable, homey and easy

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

Incredibly kind. Honest and open communication. I stayed with my three, (unforeseen) ill children and still enjoyed the small “faerie nook,” as my daughter called it. I’d love to return with perhaps another lady or two for a quiet ladies’ weekend, with a just one significant other or even alone for some quiet reflection.

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful inside and out. Fully stocked kitchen that we were very excited about and Gregory was so kind to leave a welcome basket and drinks in the fridge! There are hiking trails easily accessible right from the neighborhood. Overall the stay exceeded our expectations! 10/10!

While Sara seemed impossible for us to get a hold of, our stay was still, overall, flawless. Between the listing, the automated messages, and the labels and notes around the house being so thorough and detailed, along with Cary’s help and kindness in answering our questions, everything got taken care of and we had no issues. The house is beautiful and my family and I loved it and felt right at home. I didn’t realize the backyard wasn’t fenced, but we had a tether for my pup, so it wasn’t an issue and everything worked out perfectly. The whole property is just stunning. This property is truly great! It is super dog friendly! The backyard is amazing, the interior is clean and put together, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you need. When i say this property is dog friendly, I am not lying. It is MADE for dog owners. And we loved the time here with our pup!

This home was perfect for what we were looking for. The views were immaculate and the house was so fun to be in. Its proximity to Boulder and other little trails was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our experience!

Laurie’s house is just perfect for a visit to Boulder. Very homey, well supplied and spacious with nice decor and a lovely backyard. Laurie was great for communication and let me check in with my luggage a bit early. It’s wonderful to have your own whole home to enjoy!

We were in Boulder for my son's college graduation and wanted a place for us, the parents and 2 other children, aged, 17 (boy) and 22 (girl). So three bedrooms and two baths were ideal. The best thing about this house, however, is the location! Just 2 blocks off Pearl Street Mall, this location provides a terrific jumping off point for exploring Boulder and the surrounding areas. Boulder Theater, Avanti, Lucille's, etc are just a few of the hot spots within 5 minutes. The beds were clean and comfortable and the home is in decent shape for being close to 100 years old. Due to the age of the home, the kitchen and bath situation is a little odd. The location and the price outweigh everything else with this property, I would not hesitate to book this place again. Now, if I can just convince my youngest to go to CU.......

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Cheryl's place, this house was perfect for celebrating my birthday weekend! Check in was super streamlined, the keypad on the door made it easy to come and go. Communication was wonderful leading up to and during our stay. The house itself was beautiful - clean, spacious, comfortable and tidy. I actually think it looks better in person than it does in the photos!! There is a great front and back yard. The beds were super comfortable with cozy Parachute linens : ) We slept so well after our very action-packed days. The location couldn't be better, walkable to Pearl Street shops, Whole Foods right up the block, yet on a peaceful residential street. The home was equipped with everything you would need. Overall this was the perfect stay, couldn't ask for anything better in Boulder!

I cant express how much I enjoyed staying at Liz and Larry's place. It exceeded my expectations in terms of location, amenities, comfort and the niceness of the hosts, Liz in particular was communicative and helpful....and just plain wonderful. I would definitely stay there again next time I am up in Boulder

I absolutely loved staying in Tina‘s beautiful home in Boulder, Colorado! The home is peaceful and full of good energy with beautiful artwork everywhere you turn! Tina is as lovely as her home and was so helpful and kind with our booking and with our stay. .I would recommend staying at Tina’s lovely home to anyone whoever wants to visit beautiful Boulder, Colorado, the front range, Denver, or the Rocky Mountain National Park

We had an amazing stay at Ana Paula’s place! Her home is gorgeous, well appointed and in a perfect location. Communication was seamless from booking until checkout. I’d definitely stay in this lovely home again.

We stayed here for 3 nights while in town for a wedding. The house is in a great spot. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. There is some major road work right next to the house, so it was quite loud. I realize thats not the owners fault. I would definately stay here again.
