Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

The Rustic Funk Waterfront Cabin is a very simple & exceptionally-located retreat with stunning mountain views. Featuring huge windows that look out over the bustling creek, this cabin is perfectly situated right off the main road and tucked into a riverfront enclave. It's not fancy, so don't book if you want fancy. Design is simple, natural, and has an earthy feel about it. It is VERY clean, but not updated. Just minutes from historic old town Idaho Springs Colorado and 35 minutes from Denver.

We thoughtfully remodeled the space to create a serene and elevated atmosphere. The cabin is a 5 min walk to the St. Mary's Glacier trailhead and a 25 min drive to downtown Idaho Springs. Comfort and convenience with no cleaning fee. Our deluxe studio suite with loft is only a half mile from all that Historic Idaho Springs Colorado has to offer. Shops, restaurants and recreation are all close but not too close. Watch wildlife through the trees from your elevated private deck and enjoy an easy walk to restaurants, shops and recreation. Relax and listen to the snowmelt tumbling down Chicago Creek and plan your next adventure using our fast convenient WiFi.

Blue Cabin (spotty WiFi and cell signal)

This cabin is the perfect spot to rest after a day in the mountains! The main floor living room and kitchen are fully stocked. The upstairs loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The basement has a bunk bed! Our mountain location limits our access to internet, so the cell signal, WiFi and cable can be very slow or non-existent at times. We recommend planning to be off-the-grid in case this happens during your stay! We do not allow parties.
