My boys and I had a great time at Jaesen’s we didn’t want to leave! The house was accommodating for us and I enjoyed the back patio! Overall we enjoyed our time and would definitely rent again! FYI move your car for street sweeping days 😂😂 or you will get a fine! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Jacky's place was super cozy and clean. This was my first time in LA and a dream come true! I felt very safe in my space here and I would highly recommend staying here! I will definitely be back and will want to stay here again.

Rosita's place in Norwalk was exactly as described appeared newly renovated and with all necessary amenities and conveniently located for relatively easy drive to Disneyland (and restaurants / shopping locations if so desired). Rosita was a very responsive host and accommodating to our request for info and early check-in, also checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was in order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her place and would certainly recommend it to others :-)

Reed was a wonderful host, very friendly and communicative! We only stayed a quick night over, but the space was lovely and clean. I feel it was a great bargain compared to other options in the area, and I'd certainly stay again, hopefully a bit longer!

Our initial response was just wow... This was one of the most beautiful AirBNB's that I've stayed in. Rosa's home was charming and welcoming. We loved the classic look, with the touches of updated feel throughout the home. Rosa was the best host, very helpful and she had everything you needed for your stay. Her place felt like an actual home unlike some. We really didn't have to get any extra items, because she had it fully stocked. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and back patio and just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The home is near downtown and there's a lot of restaurants in walking distance and many more within a five minute drive. If I ever visit this area again I will look you up. Thanks for helping my family have a wonderful vacation.

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We absolutely loved staying here! Very walkable to everything we wanted to do! The bed was comfortable, and the whole space was clean and smelled great! The host was also very wonderful. And we actually found parking right in front of the gate. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Long Beach again!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

Great stay walkable to restaurant and the beach. Scooters are the way around if you don’t want to uber. The place was cute for a week stay. If you want a little cozy get away surrounded by the mall down the street the beach etc it’s a good location.

Stayed here on a work trip and it’s a fantastic place to stay whether you’re staying for work or pleasure. Apartment is clean and super quiet. Pool & spa are also a plus! Thanks Drew for an awesome stay

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Cara was very helpful when I had questions and she went out of her way to accomodate me. E.g. I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little table next to the outside chair to hold my coffee and it magically appeared a couple of days later, which was very sweet. I think the windows need repair because they were difficult to open and close but they are working on it! Luckily Santa Monica is fairly cool and breezy so AC is not needed.

Very clean unit, and as described in the listing. Good value for a stay in Long Beach. Miguel was also a generous host - plenty of linens, towels, paper towels and bathroom tissue, in addition to pantry stocked with the necessities.
