Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Douglasville

Rene is a great host with amazing communication. A video explaining all the amenities and the parking was so appreciated and made transition into the space so easy. The loft is so beautiful and spacious and CLEAN and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was super modern, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest. The host was extremely responsive, replying to any questions I had within 5 minutes every time. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of Midtown, so everything was easy to get to. The apartment building itself also felt very safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Communication with the host was smooth. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. It was clean. Would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip! The place was clean and had everything you would need, pictures do not do the place justice. It rained off and on during the weekend so outside of the activities we had planned, staying it was great as there were a number of streaming platforms available to watch a movie/show! Can't recommend enough and I'd definitely return.

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

My stay was ABSOLUTELY the best. The house was clean and very well described. The host was AWESOME. He made us feel right at home, was quick with responses whenever I had an issue or question. Ian’s place was beautiful and clean. My kids enjoyed the theater and the adults enjoyed the sunroom. The host was responsive and handled anything we needed in a timely manner. I recommended this place to a friend who will be in Atlanta in a couple of months.

Absolutely stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood—within 30 minutes of prime restaurants, shopping, and countless other attractions. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated only when necessary and was respectful of our privacy. As a bonus, the modern architecture is a pleasant treat and there's an excellent book collection on-site if you're into that kind of thing and have time to kill during your stay.

We had a nice family vacation at this house. We were in town for 10u baseball event and house was centrally located. We enjoyed the quiet area and pool at the house. We would easily book again. Amber was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The place was as described and more. All areas of the home were clean and well-equipped, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with needed supplies. Stayed with a family of 14 and did not have to use all the beds. There were enough games and activities to keep the kids entertained. We would definitely stay again. We have and will continue to tell others about the Riverhouse.

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!
