We chose this place for 2 nights in Angers, the accommodation was perfect with quick access to the train station and only 20 minutes from the city center on foot. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and very well maintained. A very friendly arrival with a attention to detail that allowed us to have a perfect stay. Exactly what we were looking for. The parking spaces give a significant added value, the balcony to enjoy the calm and sweetness of Angevin and the proximity to the center make it a unique place. Very quiet street at night, we will return without hesitation!!

Warm welcome by the hosts and their children who immediately played with ours. The space was very clean, until complaints were dusted. The accommodation is very large. The rooms are very nice. A big plus for the exteriors and the hot tub. We enjoyed it a lot. The sheets are all soft and the bedding is very good quality. The kids spent their weekend between the net above the living room, the garden and the hot tub that they now know how to use better than their toothbrush 😅🤣 Dreamy weekend at the bottom of the greenway where you can also go for a walk or run.

We had a great time for our family gathering. the accommodation is welcoming summer and winter, it was very nice so we were in the square courtyard all the way. The house is full of surprises in terms of decoration and charm. A huge fireplace in one of the lounges is also perfect for winter evenings! and the children's game room is great, especially the great disguises and the board game wardrobe! everything was perfect, we'll be back. I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Thanks for the very nice stay. We stayed two nights that we very much enjoyed. A really nice room, a great bathroom and a good kitchenette. Great, were also the play facilities for our three year old daughter in the big garden. We took a trip to Angers, which is not far away. We can only highly recommend this. What a great city.
