We spent a one-night stay for 2, and it was great. The accommodation is perfectly well equipped, everything is designed for a good stay and the river is a big plus. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back for longer!

I had a very good 9-day stay in this accommodation. Very responsive, welcoming and flexible host as needed. Accommodation faithful to the description and clean on my arrival, with the great advantage of cleaning included in the price. The location at the hypercentre of Angers allows you to be very close to a stop of any tram line and activities, but can be noisy at night. However, the accommodation is well insulated and I had no difficulty sleeping there. Overall, very good value for money, I recommend this accommodation!

We had a nice stay at Les Ulmes. Plenty to do in the area such as the zoo, Saumur, Chinon and mushroom museum. The house was fine for the price and the location nice and quiet.

We loved our time at Orchard cottage. Emma and Tim went above and beyond to welcome us, offer tips on good locations amd even offered to run us up to a local wine tasting. We were able to enjoy some "down time" relaxing in the beautiful garden, using the pool and reading in the hammock. And we also visited 4 local chateaux. We particularly enjoyed our day in Saumur. I highly recommend this venue for a fabulous experience of rural countryside and visits to some of the beautiful chateaux that the Loire region has to offer.

First of all, the estate is surrounded by nature, near Saumur. Many visits within a limited perimeter. For children, the pool is very nice for a return visit. The apartment suited us perfectly for the 3 of us.

It’s hard to sum up Anthonin’s beautiful home in just 1000 characters. It’s like nowhere you will have ever stayed before. Every room is so full of character and charm. In every corner of every room is a memory or memento from a 1000 wonderful nights spent here with friends. The house itself has been beautifully and sympathetically restored. It is not a modern property and anyone expecting minimalist chic will be disappointed 😂 it is such a unique property and my family and I loved every minute of our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It is very private set in beautiful countryside. Restaurants and amenities are a drive away. But there are abundant places for walks and runs from the front door. The pool area is gorgeous and great for all ages. Loads of seating and social areas inside and out. This place is an utter joy and I promise if you’ve stumbled across it you won’t be disappointed. Anthonin too is a complete gent and was always available. Big thumbs up.

Very good family stay in the countryside in this beautiful house around Saumur. The setting is very nice, with a very nice heated pool! Very welcoming host and very attentive. In short, there is nothing better to recharge your batteries for a few days and explore the region.

Very friendly cottage in a quiet location. Excellent welcome from Donna-Marie, very available and very responsive. Very nice pool. Good amenities available in the house.

I came with my partner and our Beagle and we loved our stay. We were impressed by the calmness of the environment, in addition to the cleanliness of the accommodation which is perfectly furnished. We were able to enjoy the surroundings and the local restaurant Le Puy à vins, which offered a simple but delicious menu. In addition, the place is 20 minutes from Saumur, and a little extra for the private parking space. We're thinking a lot about coming back. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing setting to recharge your batteries!

Lovely house in an absolutely beautiful area right on the river. Françoise, Daniel and Justine were great hosts who obviously wanted us to enjoy the area of Montsoreau and the Loire.

We were in the area for a family wedding. Valou's apartment is super well located and it allowed us to visit Montreuil Bellay, and to take short walks! Everything was perfect, the cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable and the bedding is super good! The equipped kitchen allows you to have lunch on site and the small touches on arrival are appreciable (coffee, tea, etc.) The environment is very quiet. Thank you Valou for the very good communication and responsiveness, and the good advice :-) We recommend 100%!

Absolutely perfect place for a few days of break. The view from the Tiny House's terrace is a sight you'll never tire of. The tiny is extremely practical, clean, ultra cozy. Just on the edge of a small wood, which allows you to meet, if you are lucky, a squirrel or two. The surrounding area is very cute. We felt at home during our stay. Lucie was very welcoming, warm and accommodating! A real plus to feel good during the holidays!
