Residence with parking (closed between 10pm and 6am, access by code). Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 double bed with quality mattress, wardrobe. Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. (access to the bathroom is through bedroom 1). Mezzanine bedroom (under slope): single bed. Access via a steep staircase. Connected lockbox.

Apartment within a typical Artois Farmhouse, for 1 to 4 people, consisting of a kitchen and dining area. Bedroom 1 with double bed, TV, bedroom 2 with single bed and sofa bed, with desk area. A bathroom with shower and sink. Located between Arras and Bapaume 25 minutes from Peronne and 20 minutes from Albert. We are on the route of GR145 la Via Francigena Local shops in the municipality: Bakery, grocery store local products, a friterie and a Pizza kiosk.
