The two-room apartment is a beautiful family-friendly beach home in the town of Komi, exactly opposite the sandy beach with no cars passing by. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Venetico View is a new holiday home, with magnificent views just above the exotic beach of Vroulidia. In the private yard and area with mastic trees the visitor can enjoy the absolute tranquility, while very close by car is the famous beach "Mavra Volia" and the best organized beach of Chios "Komi". The house has been built and crafted with handmade constructions by the owner and all rooms overlook the sea and the small island of Venetiko.

Hello there! We are offering for rental our holiday home in the Southern tip of Chios Island. It is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean sea. The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
