Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's house. It is very pleasant, the private garden is a very appreciable plus, the house is very well maintained, well arranged, and very clean. The neighborhood is much quieter than the more touristy neighborhoods that can be easily reached on foot or by boat. Irene, who was our contact during our stay, was very attentive to our requests and informed us each time with great responsiveness and efficiency. We really enjoyed staying in Venice in this neighborhood and in Marco's house.

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually at the door, and the airport is also very quick to reach. The accommodation is quiet, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We highly recommend the place.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! Paolo was the best host. Friendly, responsive, helped with getting our bags to and from the air bnb. Helped me arrange water Taxi. Always so kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We slept well, the place was so clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place and this host!

Third stay (of a week) in this pleasantly decorated apartment, ideally located, and especially with a magnificent terrace on the Grand Canal. Very quiet room, very quick connection with Raffaella. We'll be back next year!

A fantastic location to explore Venice. Very close to transport links but also really quiet at night. Comfy bed, added bonus of little roof terrace. Linda was super responsive and gave plenty of information. Highly recommended.

Great location walkable to all the key sights in Venice but off the main, crowded streets enough to be very quiet and private. The apartment is roomy and clean and well equipped. Clothes washing machine worked well. Emmanuela’s son Andrea was our contact and he was extremely responsive and proactive in meeting us to show us the way to the apartment and give a short but thorough overview. We would definitely stay there again!

This was the perfect stay for Venice. Not directly in the middle but perfect walking distance to everything. We liked that everything we needed was on the main road outside of the apartment. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area. Gian was friendly and responsive. The apartment is as shown in pictures and having the patio outside was perfect for when we wanted to relax with some wine. Definitely recommend.

We stayed to celebrate 3 major birthdays so wanted something special. The apartment is very easy to get to from the bus station and has a supermarket nearby. The roof terrace is the stand out feature. We sat out every morning and evening and enjoyed the bells and sounds of Venice. The building and garden area are very pretty. There are quite a few steps which some people may find difficult with suitcases but we managed. The staircase is also very beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and Paola was there to support us if we needed anything. On arrival Paola gave us lots of useful information and answered our questions. Thank you Paola! We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The apartment had wonderful views, easy access to vaporetto and grocery stores. It was near attractions like the Guggenheim and easily accessible to the the piazza. There are a lot of stairs but worth it for the view!

Great stay. Super well located, near everything but in a peaceful surrounding, away from the intense activity of the center. We loved the place, very well decorated. Mirco provided lots of local recommendations, very useful. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggsge before check in. We loved it!

Eduardo was out of town on our arrival but had his friend Paola meet us to hand off keys and go over rental, she was very sweet and helpful, she showed us how everything worked and told us where to catch the ferry to the train station. We had a great stay, once you figure out the twist and turns it was easy to get around, a lot to see and plenty of places to eat around the rental everything else was a short walk or a boat taxi ride away. Beautiful city

Really a lovely stay. Incredible the number of attentions for travellers. If you have forgotten anything, Sara has thought of it for you (condiments, spices, coffee, tea, care and maintenance products, toys for children, maps, tourist documentation, etc.) Very close on foot to the bus stop for Venice. Restaurants and grocery store close by. And above all, admirable hosts of unspeakable kindness. We recommend it 120%. We'll be back!

Paolo is a Top 1% host and it's not by chance. I was lucky enough to find his apartment for my dates when visiting Venice. Right from the booking, Paolo had great communication and was available to answer any questions right away. He provided clear instructions about the city regulations, checkin experience and details of the city to get us started. He was kind enough to pick us up, escorted us to the apartment and waited for us to get stuff for checkin. Venice checkin can tricky to navigate if it is your first time. Without Paolo's help we would've felt lost for sure. He also helped us with our laundry and returned it the next day perfectly. Guidecca is a peaceful part of Venice but has restaurants and grocery store just a few steps away. The house is much better than pics and an amazing abode for a few days. Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked Overall Paolo and his family is what Airbnb is all about. Kind, generous and attentive hosts that make your trips memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice in Jessica's apartment. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, comfortable and ideally located to discover the city on foot. Jessica was an exceptional host, both responsive, caring and full of good advice that really enriched our experience. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to stay!

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.
