Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dorsoduro, Venice

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

The place is located in nice and quiet area, great spot to relax. The house is equipped with all necessities. Very nice and helpful host, always ready to respond and come to us, providing tips about the surroundings ;)

An apartment with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Several vaporetto stops are within 10 minutes. You can reach everything within 20 minutes.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

This was a beautiful holiday in Venice in a completely outgoing apartment and an extremely friendly atmosphere offered by Alessio. The communication with Alessio was excellent and his help unique!!! This really is a beautiful place to stay. Claudia and her family are the most perfect hosts. The apartment will not disappoint you, you have everything you need exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed, AC for warmer days, great kitchen and shower room. It is a jewel and with the added bonus of the private well maintained garden. We highly recommend a stay here if you want the perfect Venice experience. THANK YOU Claudia

Great stay at Cristina. Emanuele was kind enough to wait for us until late at night to greet us when we arrived. The apartment is great, Cristina and Emanuele are very friendly and available, and the location is great! I highly recommend it, go there without a second thought!

We absolutely loved our stay at Vioricas apartment! Looked exactly like the photos and was in a perfect location. We could walk absolutely anywhere in Venice. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again. Viorica was always responsive and helped with any questions we had both before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Claudia’s place. It’s beautiful house close to train station , vaporrate and other attractions but yet away from rush of the city. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and host is very friendly. House was super clean and had all the necessary items which we needed.

Our stay at Giuliana's Airbnb was fantastic! Giuliana was an exceptional host— incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our every need was met. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything a large family group could need, making it perfect for us. Its location is ideal, just a short distance from both Treviso and Venice. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice—this place is even better in person! We would definitely recommend it and hope to return!

This apartment was a haven after a day of walking the beautiful streets of Venice. It was clean and comfortable and provided all we needed for our few nights. The little terrace is a real bonus and provided a fascinating insight into the workings of the gondola repair workshop opposite as well as a great place to sit and enjoy an evening drink. Dosoduro is a lovely area to stay in as it’s so much quieter than the busy tourist areas yet only a few minutes walk from a supermarket, cafes, art and the main attractions of the city. We would happily return for another visit.

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

Check-in was easy to understand, as well as information about the surrounding facilities and bus stops to get to Venice.The kitchen was easy to use, and there was a supermarket nearby, so we had a pleasant time.Venice is about 30 minutes from the house, so it was not difficult to take the bus every day during my 3-night stay. Jessica, the host, always took care of us during our stay.This home is a great place to stay in Venice.

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Right in the pedestrian zone with restaurants,supermarket and bars but still very very quiet. Breakfast coffee (Goppion) right outside and recommended. After the day in Vendig or on the beautiful island, we came into the apartment with joy and were able to switch off immediately. The roof terraces are just incredible and have sun all day. We enjoyed using it to relax to end the day or take a break before dinner. Everything is sparkling clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. Elena is a perfect host. Olivia's beautiful apartment immediately allowed us to immerse ourselves in the magical world of Venice. Staying in this historic building, decorated with great care was very nice. The neighborhood is both central and quiet, the top floor apartment is quiet. We loved enjoying the terrace with its beautiful city views. We'll be happy to go back!

Monica’s place was a dream stay! The apartment is amazing, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the location is great. A short walk to Piazza San Marco and close to plenty of amazing restaurants. Monica was super responsive and helpful, promptly answered all our questions and requests and even booked water taxis for us to get to the apartment when we arrived and to the train station when we left. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about our stay. Highly recommend!
