Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dorsoduro, Venice

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

We loved the place! Charming and well appointed and mostly perfect location. The roof terrace made it the most perfect!

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in Venedig, dieser hält quasi vor der Tür, auch der Airport ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, sehr neu und sauber und man findet alles nötige für den Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem schnell wenn man Fragen oder ein Anliegen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you to the amazing hosts for your kindness and hospitality :) Do not hesitate to book this place you won't regret it.

Paolo was the best host. Friendly, responsive, helped with getting our bags to and from the air bnb. Helped me arrange water Taxi. Always so kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We slept well, the place was so clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place and this host!

Troisième séjour (d'une semaine) dans cet appartement agréablement décoré, idéalement situé, et surtout disposant d'une magnifique terrasse sur le Grand canal. Chambre très calme, liaison très rapide avec Raffaella. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine !

This was the perfect stay for Venice. Not directly in the middle but perfect walking distance to everything. We liked that everything we needed was on the main road outside of the apartment. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area. Gian was friendly and responsive. The apartment is as shown in pictures and having the patio outside was perfect for when we wanted to relax with some wine. Definitely recommend.

We stayed to celebrate 3 major birthdays so wanted something special. The apartment is very easy to get to from the bus station and has a supermarket nearby. The roof terrace is the stand out feature. We sat out every morning and evening and enjoyed the bells and sounds of Venice. The building and garden area are very pretty. There are quite a few steps which some people may find difficult with suitcases but we managed. The staircase is also very beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and Paola was there to support us if we needed anything. On arrival Paola gave us lots of useful information and answered our questions. Thank you Paola! We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The host was very responsive and provided descriptive details for all instructions. We felt comfortable and safe at their apartment. There is a supermarket and several restaurants near by. It's around 25 mins walk to St. Mark Square.We enjoyed the stay.

The apartment had wonderful views, easy access to vaporetto and grocery stores. It was near attractions like the Guggenheim and easily accessible to the the piazza. There are a lot of stairs but worth it for the view!

Amazing location - right in the middle of it all but somehow very quiet and private. It was very close to most of the main sights - 3 or 4 minute walk to St Marks, and only a 25 minute walk from Piazale Roma where the bus/taxi drops you off. Loads of great restaurants nearby, especially if you walk 5 or 10 minutes into Dorsoduro where you can get some beautiful food for not much money. Apartment was just what we needed, clean, tidy, enough room to move around. We're only in there for sleeping anyway so didn't really spend lots of time there. Comms was great with the host and check in was really easy. Definitely recommend if you want somewhere close to the action but nice and quiet.

Eduardo was out of town on our arrival but had his friend Paola meet us to hand off keys and go over rental, she was very sweet and helpful, she showed us how everything worked and told us where to catch the ferry to the train station. We had a great stay, once you figure out the twist and turns it was easy to get around, a lot to see and plenty of places to eat around the rental everything else was a short walk or a boat taxi ride away. Beautiful city

Heel fijn verblijf in een uiterst comfortabel appartement in een rustige local buurt. Toch heb je alles wat je nodig hebt binnen de 5 minuten. We gingen elke ochtend ontbijten in een serre vlakbij het park :-) zalig genieten!

Vraiment un très bon séjour. Incroyable le nombres d’attentions pour les voyageurs. Si vous avez oublié quoi que ce soit, Sara y a pensé pour vous ( condiments , épices , café , thé , produits de soin et entretien, jouets pour les enfants, cartes , documentations touristiques…) Très proche à pied de l’arrêt de bus pour Venise . Restaurants et épicerie à deux pas . Et surtout des hôtes admirables d’une gentillesse sans nom . Nous recommandons à 120% . Nous reviendrons !

Paolo is a Top 1% host and it's not by chance. I was lucky enough to find his apartment for my dates when visiting Venice. Right from the booking, Paolo had great communication and was available to answer any questions right away. He provided clear instructions about the city regulations, checkin experience and details of the city to get us started. He was kind enough to pick us up, escorted us to the apartment and waited for us to get stuff for checkin. Venice checkin can tricky to navigate if it is your first time. Without Paolo's help we would've felt lost for sure. He also helped us with our laundry and returned it the next day perfectly. Guidecca is a peaceful part of Venice but has restaurants and grocery store just a few steps away. The house is much better than pics and an amazing abode for a few days. Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked Overall Paolo and his family is what Airbnb is all about. Kind, generous and attentive hosts that make your trips memorable.

Alessandranın evi tren istasyonuna yürüyüş mesafesinde ve iki köprü geçerek ulaşabileceğin bir muhitteydi. Ev Guglie Vapuretto hattına çok yakın konumda ve havalimanına ulaşım için gayet iyiydi. Küçük çocuğum olmasından dolayı ve valizlerle dönüş için çok düşünceliydim ama gayet iyi bir konum sayesinde hiç sorun olmadı. Ev de belirttiği her şey mevcuttu. Her soruma anında cevap verdi. Ayrıca evden ayrıldığımda nakit para unutmuştum Alessandra paranın hepsini bana geri gönderdi. Harika bir ev sahibi.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise dans l’appartement de Jessica. L’appartement était impeccable, très propre, confortable et idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville à pied. Jessica a été une hôte exceptionnelle, à la fois réactive, bienveillante et pleine de bons conseils qui ont vraiment enrichi notre expérience. Grâce à elle, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

It's a lovely and homely place in the middle of a busy touristy city. Feels very authentic, not just an empty space. Real plants, not something purchased from the supermarket, that kind of thing. The balcony is a lovely extra. It's not quite as free of noise as some of the other reviews suggest, there is a lively street just around the corner and the activity is present by moment, and the street below is narrow and used by local people. However, it was never too much, and mainly just added to our pleasure of the place, a 'real feel' that is specific to the area. We were very well looked after, and if we had friends visiting Venice we would definitely recommend.
