Holiday rentals with beach access in Dorsoduro, Venice

La maison est top, propre et bien équipé. Vraiment idéal pour les grandes familles. Stefano est très sympathique et réactif. Je recommande vivement.

Jenny’s place is a charming Venetian home that is a walking distance to major attractions (about 10 mins) but does not get noisy since it’s on a quiet street. There’s a supermarket about 2. Mins away from the home so you can get any grocery stuff. Felt nice to have the 2nd bathroom for a small house like this so it made our daily stuff go faster when you’re a family of 4. Dryer in the apartment was a super bonus for us since in prior Italian places we didn’t have a dryer and had to air dry the clothes for over a day in April. Jenny was also very helpful and understanding that we needed the home for a few extra hours after checkout time due to a later flight and she let us use the time complimentary since she didn’t have another guest coming after us. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I’d recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Pros: beautiful views from so many windows overlooking the canal. Great location within walking distance of everything you’d want to do. Plenty of coffee and toiletries. Great guidebook. Clean and comfortable. Cons: (this is a first for me, so I apologize, but feel it necessary to mention for future travelers) We were informed by Illaria at check in that in April the heat and AC are not available. This was problematic because we were so so hot at night trying to sleep, and opening the windows wasn’t an option because the smell of the canal at times can be bad, and the mosquitoes really love our son. He was covered with bites at night without even ever opening the windows. I don’t think this is a problem specific to the apt, but more so the canal. Also, there are 2 WiFi’s depending on where in the apt you are. When you leave a room you have to resign in. Not a problem for us, but if you’re planning to work the WiFi isn’t reliable. 5star overall

Un très bel appartement dans un quartier agréable au calme pas très loin du centre historique de Venise. Idéal pour 6 personnes.

Da wir zur Biennale angereist sind, war die Lage um ins Giardini oder Arsenale zu gelangen, perfekt. Die Wohnung fanden wir total süß und obwohl sie klein ist sehr charmant! Jederzeit wieder:)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour chez Stefano et Pucci. Stefano nous a accueilli en personne et nous a donné de nombreux conseils, pendant le séjour il était toujours joignable et très réactif. Le logement est impeccable, récent, très propre, décoré et meublé avec goût. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et il y a tous les produits de première nécessité comme le thé, le café, l'huile, le sel. Il est vrai que l'appartement est dans une zone très animée et bruyante mais les fenêtres isolent parfaitement et c'est un gros avantage d'être dans un quartier aussi central et pratique. L'arrêt de vaporetto à 2mn est aussi très comode. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de séjourner à nouveau dans le logement de Stefano et Pucci!

Appartement idéal pour une famille qui souhaite découvrir Venise. Situé à 5’ à pied du Rialto, l’appartement est très spacieux est idéalement placé. Mario est très accueillant et très accommodant ! Nous recommandons !

Highly recommend staying at Andrea and Valentina’s home in Venice. The location is convenient from the main train station. Very large and spacious with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and hot tub were amazing additions - especially after tired legs from walking all day. Their home is so beautiful, I could spend all day sitting in their garden out back. And the front door opens right up to the canal. It was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The street was very pleasant and walkable. It was very calm and peaceful in the mornings and then livens up at night, but not loud at all once you’re inside. Andrea was very kind and communicative and offered tons of great local recommendations. This was our favorite part of our entire trip to Italy! We will definitely be back. 100% recommend staying here if you are coming to Venice. Grazie mille Andrea and Valentina!

We just loved this charming airbnb that has been designed and renovated with a lot of care and thought, we loved the beautiful Burano island (especially having it all to ourselves before and after all the day visitors left) and the communication with the hosts including detailed directions, maps, guidance, tips and all else was absolutely remarkable. All in all we loved the house and the island and it made for a perfect vantage point to reach Venice going in the opposite flow of all the visitors. If you enjoy Burano early mornings and evenings when no one is there - and go to Venice in the day you hit it perfectly in terms of the boat & tourist traffic. All in all a romantic and charming spot - our family was wowed! Loved it!

Casa Tey è corrispondente all'annuncio e l'host è cordiale e precisa. Zona tranquilla, vicino ad un parco per bambini, al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Ottimo per famiglie (anche numerose come la nostra).

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Tolle Wohnung und super eingerichtet. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Wir waren zufrieden und Elena antwortete schnell und sehr hilfreich.

Loredana est une hôte très sympathique, arrangeante et aux petits soins pour les voyageurs qu’elle accueille. Elle est venue nous chercher au bateau à notre arrivée et nous a ramené à notre retour. Le logement est très grand, très agréable, au calme, à seulement 30 minutes de bateau de Venise, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Restaurants, supermarché, plage, vaporetto accessibles à pied. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un court ou un long séjour ! Encore merci !

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

I highly recommend Maria and Carlo's home. The house was just as described, very clean, and in a great location -- easy walking distance to any point in Venice. Maria and Carlo were fabulous hosts going out of their way to meet us at the dock, walk us to and through the home, and walk us around the area to ensure we knew where to go. They also provided recommendations for site seeing, food, and drinks. We utilized their recommendations many times and were very happy with their selections. They were also very responsive to our questions and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I can't recommend them enough!

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, and it certainly lived up to the great reviews we had seen online prior to our visit. Loredona was a very helpful host. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Quiet building with a grocery right around the corner.

Paolo is the best host one can imagine, responsive, helpful and attentive. The appartment is ideal for small company like 3 persons, beautiful surrounding, convenient transfer to Venice and sea right in front of the window. Will definitely come back and highly recommended.

Amazing visit! The views from the apartment were exceptional with the 3 huge, opening, floor to ceiling door/windows, in addition to the enormous private terrace. We felt like we were true residents of Venice, totally connected to the beauty, activity, and natural elements of the Grand Canal and Carregio district. Pietro was unbelievably helpful to us, including water taxi, restaurants, tour guide and museum input.....he helped make our stay magical! Everything was all more than worth what we paid!

Wir waren drei Nächte im Apartement und waren vollumfänglich zufrieden. Wir haben die ruhige Lage auf dem Lido sehr genossen, abseits der grossen Touristenströme von Venedig. Es war sehr gut erreichbar. Für das Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüsst und Marino hat uns alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es von Herzen weiter.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wonderful location in Cannareggio, directly on a canal. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Do buy a vaporetto pass for your stay. We tried one of the host/suggested restaurants and it was wonderful! We went several times to Vino Vera for Cichhetti, and it was wonderful. Aside from being in a place which in and of itself is art, head to the Peggy Guggenheim collection for an enthralling experience with Dali, Jackson Pollock, Picasso, Magritte, Klee and many other mind boggingly beautiful paintings. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ca’ Camello in Venezia! Prego!

Great experience from start to finish! Loved staying away from the crowds, peaceful neighborhoods. Have a boat terrace made some of our tour pick up a breeze! Would highly recommend of staying in Venice! Pietro was also so helpful in arranging taxis for us, made everything so simple!

Valeria und Paolo sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Schon vor der Reise haben sie uns gute Tipps gegeben. Sie waren jederzeit sofort erreichbar. Das Check-in war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Herrlich ist die Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer und um die Sonnenuntergänge zu geniessen. Die Wohnung ist an einem guten Ort, die Bushaltestelle ist praktisch vor der Haustür und der Bus fährt alle 20 Minuten. Die Möglichkeit am Strand, in der Natur und doch so schnell in der Altstadt von Venedig zu sein hat unserer Familie, mit Teenagern, sehr gefallen. Danke herzlich für die schöne Zeit in Alberoni.
