All around there are beautiful hiking tours, e.g. in the Zinsbach Valley. On Tuesdays and Fridays, at about 8 AM the baker's cart comes with the most delicious of all wood-fired oven breads :-)

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.
