The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a listed former rectory from 1819, which was completely renovated in 2023/2024. In addition to the Thuringian Forest and many sights, Gotha, Eisenach and Weimar are also easily accessible. Long-term stays are available for employees in the industrial area.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Also in the neighborhood are the EGA (horticultural exhibition), the theater and the exhibition and congress center Erfurt. They have a bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm and a cot size 60x120 cm. In the living-dining room with kitchen there is a sofa bed for two people.
