NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Our neighborhood is a peaceful, hidden gem of Atlanta and this is a fully finished basement with all the amenities you might need (wet bar, full fridge, full bathroom, separate entry, free parking). We are just off of 285 and 85, the main interstates in Atlanta. About 10 minutes to Buford Highway, 15 to Buckhead, and 20-30 min (without traffic) to popular ATL attractions. We have two young girls and cats so you may hear some light frolicking, but we've insulated the ceiling to minimize noise.
