The cottage is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700m from the beach, GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the horse club and the balneotherapy center "Prévithal". From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Refurbished studio, located on the garden level in Donville-les-Bains. Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac 300 meters from the beach and 100 m from the Christian Dior Museum. All shops are within walking distance and in Granville in 5 mins. The Thalassotherapy and Rehabilitation Center are close by. visit Chausey. Apartment facing south in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the second floor without elevator access. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives an impression of a living painting from anywhere. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a sleeping space in addition to the bedroom independent of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.
