Direct access to swimming pool, summer kitchen (common to the 2 studios) with stove, microwave, fridge and barbecue available (dishes included). To visit in the area: Casino Gustave Eiffel and thermal spa in Salies-de-Béarn (5 min), medieval villages (Sauveterre-de-Béarn 2 min and Navarrenx 10 min) with churches, museums... This unique accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities, located between Biarritz and Hossegor, it is 2 steps from the tram bus terminus and 5 minutes from the beaches on the Landes coast. It offers you a beautiful view of the forest in a quiet area. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful small shower room and a large terrace. It is all wood like the traditional cabins of Cap Ferret, comfortable, elegant, very easy to access and very well insulated.

The house is located in Ea, a charming village with a beautiful beach. The farmhouse is located on a hill 1.5 km from the village. It is a very quiet neighborhood where you can rest. I rent a part of my house, an apartment with a garden and terrace that are totally independent and private for guests. It is a two-family house and my neighbors live in the other half all year round.
