Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Donji Štoj

Die Villa ist terrassenförmig auf 3 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Auf Ebene 1 und 2 ist der Wohn- und Schlafbereich und auf der 3. Ebene befindet sich eine schattige Terrasse. Die Ebenen sind durch Treppen miteinander verbunden ohne Geländer u. Handlauf. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern und Babys wäre das relativ gefährlich wir haben aber ältere Kinder und von daher war das ok. Den besten Ausblick auf das Meer hat man von der mittleren Ebene wo sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein WC befinden. Nur in der unteren Ebene ist eine Küchenzeile und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Die Villa ist von vielen Bäumen umgeben was sehr positiv ist, wenn draußen die Sonne scheint. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Haus aber wir fanden es immer recht angenehm und nicht so heiss innen, weil die Wände isoliert und die Fenster verschlossen und verschattet waren. In der Küche sind sehr viele Utensilien vorhanden und es gib auch viel Strandequipmemt in der Garage. Vanja hatte bereits eingekauft und einen netten Empfang vorbereitet.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wunderbar ausgestattet. (Grill, Weingläser etc.) Alles, was man braucht, um sich einen gemütlichen Abend zu machen. Die nächsten Häusern sind einige Meter entfernt, sodass man auch bis spät draußen sitzen und Kartenspielen oder sich unterhalten kann. ́Man hat von der Terasse aus auch Blick auf die Berge und man sieht den Sonnenaufgang. Auch gibt es nette Besucher, morgens kam der Esel des Dörfchen zu Besuch und abends haben sich die Nachbarskatzen zu uns gekuschelt. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr gastfreundlich MitarbeiterInnen (Achtung am besten Bargeld dabei haben) in Fußnähe. Aber für andere Aktivitäten (außer Wandern natürlich) sollte man ein Auto einplanen. Anett war immer gut erreichbar und dank ihrer Tipps und Wegbeschreibung, hatten wir keine Probleme bei An-oder Abreise. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße P&L

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich direkt am Strand. Man kann aus den Fenstern das Meer sehen. Sander ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Er war sehr lieb zu unseren Mädchen, sie hatten viel Spaß mit ihm. Seine Schwester hat unsere Tochter geschaukelt, als Sander den Rasen gemäht hat. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

We stayed here for a few days with our dogs. Stunning house in such a peaceful location, away from all hustle and bustle. The host was super friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he also had some great local recommendations for restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, absolutely everything you may need is there. We loved the jacuzzi, it was lovely to relax and look at the wonderful views at the end of the day. The pool is nearly finished so that will be great too. Would most definitely come back again, thank you for such a lovely stay :)

Great stay at Branko’s - I was sceptical of the location at first, and Dobra Voda would not have been my first choice, but the house is slightly outside/high up, super tranquil, with a beautiful terrace. Everything was perfect. Branko also took us on his boat for half a day, seeing as the surrounding public beaches are so crowded- we went to secluded little beaches only accessible by boat. Thank you again for a great stay!

It was an amazing experience. Almost every room has a toilet and shower (only one room doesn’t, but there is another bathroom next to it specifically for that room). During the summer, it is very comfortable because every room has air conditioning. I visited with my family, and it felt very private. The host(Mentor) was very responsive and open to providing whatever we needed.

Z całego serca polecam to miejsce ponieważ można się tam poczuć wyjątkowo komfortowo. Zdjęcia nie oddają nawet do końca piękna tego miejsca. Apartamenty zostały przygotowane z najwyższa starannoscia, otoczenie jest urokliwe, dostępne są wszelkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Miejsce jest niezwykle urokliwe, zorganizowane w taki sposób aby każdy mógł poczuć się swobodnie. Jest bardzo czysto, obsługa codziennie dba o czystość całego ośrodka, jest bardzo pomocna i miła. Na miejscu dostępny jest piękny basen z komfortowy mi leżaka mi, parasolami, prysznicem i toaleta tuż obok. Wszystko zostało wykonane na wysokim poziomie. Gospodarze to przemili, uczyni i otwarci ludzie, każdego gościa witają z nie bywała serdecznością, są pomocni w każdej kwestii, doradzą w zakresie lokalnych restauracji, atrakcji. Do morza zaledwie 7min spacerkiem. Gospodarze to przemili, otwarci ludzie, sprawia, że poczujecie się u nich naprawdę dobrze! Polecamy z całego serca zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi!

after 5 nights exploring Albania by 4x4 and mainly camping, we were after a bit of luxury on our final night. I found Ronaldo's property and it looked lovely and exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was simple and flexible, with really good communication from Lola. We were shown round the property and left to our night. We made use of one of the local restaurants and had the best night's sleep of the week. A really lovely end to a really great week in Albania and we all agreed we would stay here again.

Dona was the sweetest host—friendly, responsive, and always nearby if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, fully renovated, and feels just like home. Amazing location, steps from the market and minutes from the beach. The pool was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here! Dona ishte një pritëse shumë e dashur—shumë e afërt, e gatshme për t’u përgjigjur dhe gjithmonë pranë nëse na duhej diçka. Apartamenti ishte i pastër kristal, i rinovuar plotësisht dhe të bënte të ndiheshe si në shtëpi. Vendndodhja është e mrekullueshme, vetëm pak hapa larg tregut dhe disa minuta me makinë nga plazhi. Pishina në ndërtesë ishte një bonus i shkëlqyer. E rekomandoj shumë të qëndroni këtu

Milan, mint házigazda kiválóan magas értékelést érdemel!!! Gyors válasz minden kérdésre, érkezéstől távozásig mindenben segítségünkre volt,hasznos tanácsokkal látott el. A szállás panorámája, tisztasága kifogástalan, a szállás szolgáltatásai hibátlanok voltak, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Ami nem Milan hibája, hanem az országé, hogy nagyon sok a szemét az utak mentén, a közlekedés siralmas, van mit fejleszteni nagyon sokat. Az áram és a víz ellátás miatt a kényelmi berendezések nem voltak használhatóak, de ezen könnyen túl lehet lendülni, nekünk sikerült, ez ne szegje kedvét senkinek. A szálláshoz szerintem elengedhetetlen egy autó bérlése, Milan ismerőse megbízható, korrekt, jó áron biztosít hozzá autót! A vezetékes víz fogyasztása nem ajánlott, jó áron lehet venni mindenhol vizet, még a teához, kv hoz, leveshez is csak ezt ajánljuk!!! Gyönyörű látványosságokban gazdag a környék, csak a közlekedés siralmas, erre fel kell készülni.

If anything, it wasn’t done justice in the photos and description, it far exceeded my expectations. Lovely place, perfect location with lots to do, very helpful owner. Couldn’t recommend it more. I will be coming to this location more often.

Geräumige Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Küchen Ausstattung. Grillen, Backen, Kochen alles ist hier möglich, natürlich ist es auch dank des Grill‘s im außenbereichs machbar. Hat alle unseren kriterien erfüllt. Sauber, Geräumig und funktional. Preisleistung perfekt.

We had a great stay at Elma’s flat. We could easily walk into the centre of Ulcinj in the evenings and drove out to Velika Plaza for kitesurfing during the day. The views from the balcony were awesome! Flat was clean and Elma was very helpful during the stay. We had a great time and would come again!

My parents had an amazing stay at Marko's property! The room was clean and cozy. Location has easy access to beaches, grocery stores. The staff was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Wir haben hier unseren Familienurlaub (3 Generationen, 2 Kinder im Alter von 5 und 7 Jahren) verbracht und waren begeistert. Die Anlage besticht durch ihre wunderschöne Gestaltung und vielfältige Möglichkeiten - vor allem war alles auf kürzestem Wege erreichbar und entsprach in allen Bereichen den Angaben. Wir konnten hier in Ruhe genießen und entspannen. Gleichzeitig sind Restaurants, Strände und Geschäfte außerhalb sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die große Terrasse der Wohnung ist wunderschön begrünt, hatte auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen ein angenehmes Klima und vor allem einen wunderschönen Blick auf's Meer. Was unseren Urlaub hier zu einem besonderen gemacht hat, waren die Menschen, die hier arbeiten. Sie sind uns mit soviel Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft begegnet - ein wirklich tolles Team!! Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse waren nicht nur mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet, reichlich und lecker, sondern auch sehr preiswert! Wir werden wiederkommen!!

Mega polecam! Spędziliśmy tam jedną noc, ostatnią w naszej podróży po Czarnogórze, ale był to strzał w dziesiątkę! Mega spokojna okolica, na odludziu, ale tego nam było trzeba! Domek ma wszystkie wspomnniane udogodnienia i przepiękny widok! A kąpiel w balii po całym dniu? Niesamowite uczucie. Miłym zaskoczeniem było jedzenie/śniadanie pozostawione dla nas na następny dzień. Bardzo polecam!! Świetne miejsce i gospodarze!

Beautiful cabin with a great view. Spotlessly clean with everything you need! A few restaurants and a market shop within 10 minute walk.

The views were stunning, Zaim who was working in the cafe made us dinner and breakfast, all provided on time and nicely presented. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. All important for cyclists. Bed was comfortable.

We are delighted with the house away but 3 km from virpazar. Very quiet and perfectly equipped. Milo and his wife have were always good advice, thanks to them we dined in a very good restaurant on the water and could make a boat trip on the lake with confidence.
