Holiday rentals with beach access in Donji Štoj

Bleats and her caterer very friendly and always helpful! The apartment better than description and pictures! Had everything you would need for a weeks stay!!! All in all Amazing host and great place! Would definitely recommend!

We were super happy with the accommodation, everything was clean, matched the photos. We especially appreciated the second new bathroom, which was lovely and for multiple people really helpful😁 The host along with the family were very friendly and willing to address anything we needed. Very modern flat and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and views of the mountain, sea and town from the balcony were fabulous. Lovely to arrive and have toilet rolls, tea and some coffee already bought. Despite being on the 9th floor the lifts were very efficient. Area is quiet with lots of shops and restaurants within a 5m walk (or less).

The apartment is a small gem that enjoys an amazing view of the sea. Easy to reach, the host's directions are very clear. Very convenient parking under the house and the elevator since the accommodation is on the fourth floor. Everything is extremely clean and well-kept, the bathroom has products. Small but functional terrace, nothing is missing.

What a hidden gem We booked a room in this beautiful Vila for a week - we thought that the pictures looked very nice. But we got surprised when we arrived… This Vila is amazing with fantastic details. It is truly a hidden gem - a little paradise. The owners are very kind people, very generous, friendly and service minded. They take such good care of the villa and everything is so clean and need’ We will definitely return to this beautiful place.

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

What a beautiful place to stay with great views of the lake! Shiroka is full of cozy restaurants and you are also in Shkodër in no time (we had a rental car). Everything is clean, neat and spacious. Barize is very nice and welcoming. She made great breakfast dishes for us. Highly recommended to stay here!

Very nice host who gave us great recommendations for the area. We were therefore able to make a great trip even in one day with rain. The place was beautiful, a shop was not very far away and the pool overlooking the sea was really amazing. Absolutely recommended, we would always come back.

We've been here for the second time. It was a wonderful vacation again! Communication was great and the check in and check out was super flexible! The apartment has everything that you need. The balcony is of course the highlight with a wonderful view of the sea. Here we have been able to watch many sunsets. Highly recommend! We'll be back.

We loved our stay at Cherie's place! It was so easy to communicate with them, they were very helpful with tips and locations to visit around. The place was nice, cozy and clean. I really like that she uses Eco detergents :) And of course the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Staying here and having Jelena as a host truly feels like the original days when Airbnb first launched…Jelena was so helpful from pre check-in all the way to check-out. Answered all of my questions and provided anything I could have needed during my stay. I truly felt at home. Not the mention the proximity to the beach and grocery store! Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
