Completed in 7.2026. Villa Renata is located in a quiet village, in nature, a few minutes' drive from Imotski. It's ideal for families and groups of up to 10 people. In the courtyard, there's a swimming pool with a shallow section for children, ideal for carefree enjoyment for all generations. Around the pool there is a sunbathing area with deck chairs, a garden, an orchard, a children's playground with swings, a slide, a children's playhouse, table tennis, and a fully equipped summer house with a fireplace. All units have view facing Punta Rata beach and own parking. Apartment consists of one large bedroom, hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. There is one double bed and a single bed in the room. In the kitchen there is sofa bed. We have large private parking space.
