The orientation is east and is located in the quiet part of town, surrounded by residential buildings. From the center it is 10-15 minutes walk away, a pleasant walk along the road, or a 5 minute car ride. City beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, or 4-5 minutes by car (Bacvice, Firule, Žnjan). Public parking near the apartments is free of charge. The city bus station is 100m away. In the neighborhood there are ATMs, bakers, shops, laundry facilities, pizzeria, café with terrace. Apartment has it's own acces, and a paved yard in a front. I live nearby, so I'm availible when needed. The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building. The city center it is a 20-minute walk away or 5 minutes by car. Walk to city beaches in a few minutes. Free public parking is available nearby. Open plan, 2-level apartment connected by the staircase - living room/kitchen/bathroom (down) bedroom and terrace (up), in a Mravince, old village near Split, with a panoramic view of Split, the sea and the islands, and the surrounding mountains. Bear in mind that wide-angled taken photos make space look bigger than it actually is, especially lower floor, but since space is for 2 persons, you won't really need more than it has (lower floor cca 30m2, upper floor cca 20-25m2, balcony cca 14 m2).

Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
