Our house is located on the island of Solta, in the Bay of Split. Overlooking the small village of Maslinica, you will have a splendid view of the Adriatic Sea. A 5-minute walk from the beach, it is the ideal place for a holiday with family or friends. The prices shown are for the main house (4 bedrooms) without the studios located on the ground floor. For more than 8 people, we make the studio(s) available (bedrooms 5 and 6 in the bedroom descriptions). A large garden and a beautiful 5x8 swimming pool (with access protected by a fence) will allow you to fully enjoy the place. A new space was created in the summer of 2024 at the back of the house with an outdoor lounge area and a new barbecue. The house has a high-performance Wi-Fi network via Starlink. Located on the heights of the village, the house is only 350 metres from the beach and the village's shops and restaurants, while remaining quiet and enjoying sea breezes for cool nights. The island of Solta is 35 minutes from the port of Split. Split Airport is well served by regular and low-cost airlines. A guide with all useful information and contacts is available to guests.

Enjoy your stay on a little Mediterranean island! Spend the lazy summer afternoons in a private pool and warm summer evenings in a Jacuzzi. Note that both are shared with other guests on our property. You will be hosted by a beekeeper family on a honey farm, so you can learn a thing or two about making honey! Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.
