Our modern and comfortable apartment is located right next to the Mrežnica River. The crystal clear Mrežnica is ideal for relaxing, swimming, cycling or simply enjoying nature. Right next to the swimming pool there is a children's playground, a basketball court and a promenade along the Mrežnica.

"Mrežnički kutak" - apartment with sauna by the river

Apartment Mrežnički kutak is located in the center of Duga Resa near the river Mrežnica. The apartment is one bedroom, and consists of a kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and a hallway. The bedroom has a double bed, and in the living room there is a corner sofa bed that can sleep two people. Free Wi-Fi and TV. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building. In the immediate vicinity of the building there is a parking lot, grocery stores, a kiosk, a cafe and a market.

A home away from home. Apartment "Duga" is on the upper floor of a charming family home located in Duga Resa, it has a separate entrance and a spacious terrace. The apartment is less than 10 min by foot from the river beach and 15 min from the town centre. The entire suite is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for your safety. Guests with pets will be charged 10€ per night extra for the pet. This fee is separate from your Airbnb bill and will need to be payed to the host before you leave.

RA House Plitvice Lakes

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Ljubica Cottage

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

Nestled in the heart of untouched nature, “Aurora” offers peace and tranquility far from the noise of the city. A panoramic view of rolling hills and forests provides a true sense of freedom. “Aurora” can accommodate up to 4 guests (2+2 beds). Guests can enjoy an infrared sauna, a jacuzzi, barbecue area and two bicycles… The Kupa River is only a few kilometers away so we offer the possibility of arranging canoeing or rafting activities.

Apartment Kac 3 is located in a catering facility near the river Kupa in the center of Karlovac. The apartment is located on the first floor of the catering facility. Inside the apartment there is one bathroom with a bathtub, two bedrooms for four people and a kitchen. The apartment has a storage room outside the building. Guests use a shared yard.
