Right next door is the gym, which is used with Schmoltis chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

If you are staying in this centrally located 70 m² accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact close by. 2 minutes to the main square, > 10 minutes to the university. Train station, Asia Spa about 15 minutes. All shops in the immediate vicinity. Relatively short distances to Präbichl, Semmering, RedBull Ring or Air Power. Suitable for families, to relax from everyday life or just to sleep after a night in the many well-known Leoben events or bars.
