Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. Welcome to my central old town apartment (3rd floor without elevator). All attractions and everyday necessities are within walking distance. For loading/unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house for a short time!! PLEASE NOTE MY DIRECTIONS!! Parking, for example, in the underground car park at the theater (Bismarckplatz) is €14/day or free of charge 15 minutes walk.
