Room with a view near the center

The two studio apartments / studios, each with about 30 m2 are located near the center in the emerging second district, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -Satellite TV -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. The cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

Stylish 2-bedroom apartment in young neighborhood

There's space for up to 4 guests in two separated bedrooms, the apartment is located in an 1800s building, carrying a unique blend between Alt-Wien (Old Vienna) and 70s furniture style. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants the apartment is very well connected to other hip areas: in 5 to 10 minutes by tram you can reach the Schottentor station entering the 1st district or the 7th and 8th district with Burggasse and Neubeugasse (very much recommended young neighborhoods with nice shops and bars)

Cosy Apartment with Balcony

This private accommodation is ideal for a trip to Vienna: The city center and the Danube Island (great for summer refreshment) are quickly reached by the subway. On the north-facing balcony you can relax and enjoy all day. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything can be used and a basic breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, cereal) is included. Has a direct connection with Metro to the airport (20 min), city center (7 min) and Train station ( 10 min) There are 2 spacious terraces with a view over Vienna. A big supermarket, asian market and a drugstore are just few steps away. There is also Pizza Dominos, asian and oriental restaurant around the corner. You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera). AC equipped.

Quiet, top roof terrace appartment in city center

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish retreat. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and belonged to my family, we grew up here. Therefore, there are still a lot of personal items in the apartment. You feel really comfortable here, almost at home, thanks to the warm and stylish furnishings. The apartment has two large terraces, one to the east (rising sun) and the other to the west (sun setting), which give a special light to the atmosphere.

Very bright spacious apartment, located on the sunny side of the building and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
