Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Donauinsel

We had an excellent stay at Jan's apartment. Centrally located to all the major sites, very clean and quiet. Host was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and responsive to any questions we had. This is an excellent apartment to stay in while visiting the lovely city of Vienna.

Very satisfied with the stay for 4 nights. Easy to get to Vienna westbahnhof in just 15 minutes (18min walk from apartment), cost EUR 1,90. Many hiking options in the area and some restaurants. Good view from the balcony and a nice loft apartment.

Individuelle Unterkunft mit Charme. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme, große Matratze, große Badewanne mit Sprudel. Wer Filme/Serien oder so schauen möchte bringe sich am besten einen Adapter mit für den Computer (HDMI kommt aus der Wand und ist mit dem Beamer verbunden. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind Bus und Straßenbahn. (Linie zwei empfehlen wir, weil sie oberirdisch ist und man so viel sehen kann). Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, haben wir auch die Erlaubnis bekommen, früher einzustecken, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Leider hatten wir dann Probleme die Tür zu öffnen aber nach dem Telefonat mit dem AirBnB Support hat auch das geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles ist gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr nah. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Supermärkte und Einzelhandel in der nahen Umgebung. Im Wohnhaus ist es sehr ruhig, der Verkehr vor dem Haus ist nach unserem Empfinden eher gering, also auch ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erwähnenswert ist aus unserer Sicht, dass das Bett 1,40 m breit ist. Das ist aber keine negative Kritik, das Bett war sehr gut. Das könnte aber für Paare eine wichtige Information sein.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It’s beautifully designed, with lots of great art that makes the space feel warm and welcoming. The location is excellent — close to supermarkets, bakeries, and several public transport options that make getting to the city center quick and easy. The host was incredibly friendly and flexible with our check-out time, which we really appreciated. Communication was fast and helpful throughout.

Das Airbnb „Villa mit Sauna & Jacuzzi" hat uns als Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu acht und es hat genügend Raum um zusammen ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein wenig klein, aber es geht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ganz gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der Garten ist riesig und gepflegt. Die Sauna und das Jacuzzi sind natürlich ein grosses Plus. Die Distanz zur Altstadt/Stadtzentrum ist relativ weit, aber es gibt gute ÖV Verbindungen oder Uber. Gerne wieder!

We stayed at Florian's apartment for 11 days in April. It was clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We really felt at home from the minute we walked in. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in a quiet and safe residential area with an easy and quick access to the historic centre and around. U-bahn stations and tram stops are a short walking distance, and we found the nearest supermarket very well-stocked and convenient - open till 8pm. The communication with Florian was very easy and friendly throughout. He was so kind and responsive. Staying at his apartment definitely enhanced our visit to Vienna. We highly recommend it! Alexander's place is a very nice apartment in a quiet and peaceful area of Wien. The apartment was fully equipped, spacious and very clean. Alexander was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Everything was smooth for our stay.
