There aren’t enough characters to detail all the positives about this place. It was so clean, peaceful, well laid out, comfortable, furnished well to cook there and enjoy the stay. Very nice table and chairs to eat out by the pool. The house guide book was very helpful. Very much appreciated the bathroom off the pool. Everything was in working order. Extremely well stocked. The host is the best we have worked with. If there was a rating higher than 5, I would give it. We have already booked for next year.

The house was amazing! Great location, and pool , Couple things though that I didn’t like was , there’s cameras around the property, not like inside but still your on camera at some points , also you can only heat the pool or the hot tub at once not both at the same time , and there is an in person check in day after arrival which is kinda weird but at the end of the day was the best place I’ve ever stayed at and would love to book again !

The house is beautiful and looks just as the photos show. Easy access to nearby stores and restaurants as well. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this home. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The pool was warm and clean. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better, more relaxing place to stay.

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Great place, but if you have children be aware there isn't a baby lock for the doors to the pool, which there are 3 of them.

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

Pavelsplace was beautiful and spacious and served our family’s need perfectly. We flew in for my dads funeral and there were 11 of us staying there. 6 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was super responsive and respectful. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a large group.

We loved staying here! The kids loved the pool and the house was great! The neighborhood was quiet. It was located close to everything we needed.

Beautiful home with plenty of space. The large pool and hot tub were perfect for our teenagers. Beautiful dock. perfect for fishing and enjoying nature. House had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of local activities, including the beach and boating. Lots of local restaurants within a short drive from the house. Large farmers market in Cape Coral, which had plenty of local vendors and food. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Host was responsive and provided easy instructions during our stay.

Property was exactly as pictured! The home is beautiful. The pool area is where we spent most of our days. This home was spacious enough for our group of 10. Host was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Place! The pool and Hot Tub were clean and easy to heat. There was a small extra fee for electric but if you turn down the heat to the pool or hot tub at night your fees will be minimal. Outdoor Kitchen and grille was amazing, anyone who loves to cook will enjoy the professional grille. Beds were cozy, the place was perfect. Thank you Jana for the wonderful stay!🙌☀️🏖️🍸

Second time visiting Hang house!!!! Everything was spark clean and organize. The family had a great time in the pool and the weather was not an issue since the pool heater was working perfectly fine. Very quiet neighborhood and private backyard. We loved Hang’a house and we’re planing on coming back for sure!!!

5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We loved staying here especially having the beach just a few feet away! Although there was construction taking place in the development, it did not interfere with our stay at all! We didn’t even notice the workers on site. If you get a chance to book this home, do it. April is an amazing host and has thought of every amenity possible! We look forward to booking again soon!

The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!
