BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. The apartment is on the upper floor of a residential building. It is suitable for 4 people or 2 adults and 3 children. There is an open kitchen-living room, a spacious bedroom with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and a shower room. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket about 2 km. The AZL Luhmühlen can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the event area Westergellerser Heide in 15 minutes (2 km).

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. Take a holiday in the heart of the historic old town. This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin, making it the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. The castle, the theatre, the cathedral, restaurants, cafés, public transport, etc. are just a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

In my large farmhouse in rural idyll, an apartment for 4 people is available. Located in the Elbe floodplains in the district of Neuhaus, it is also not far to Lüneburg, Schwerin or Dömitz. At the confluence of Sude/Rögnitz (on the property) you can watch beavers and nutrias. Simply ideal for relaxing and hiking. The floor area is about 100 square meters.
