Situated in a small hamlet just outside the historic town of Domfront in the Normandy countryside this lovely holiday home consists of a large kitchen diner with fireplace and a lounge with a fireplace with wood burner on the ground floor. On the first floor are two light and airy en-suite double bedrooms, one has bunk beds. All rooms have views of the large garden that surrounds the property with several seating areas and a graveled terrace for outside dining. Plunge pool available in summer.

The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Halfway between Mont St Michel and the Loire Valley castles! On a hiking trail, you will be comfortably housed in the quiet of the countryside and in complete independence. You will have at your disposal a nice living room with 1 sofa and 1 table, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom. You will have a private terrace facing the pastures. Peaceful and quiet cottage, for 6 people with large fireplace in the dining room (wood available) , which can also be used as a barbecue. For any reservation of 3 days or more , bed linen and towels are included and the beds are made. Box equidistant (less than an hour drive) from Mont Saint Michel and the landing beaches. Pets are allowed except cats.
